East Side Mario's review: restaurant service and food

Giving them a 1 star rating is too much. We went here for dinner last night. Our order consisted of a hamburger with fries, a veal parmesan and a braised beef sammy. My son ordered a side ceaser salad with his Hamburg and fries.
When we got our food the fries with the 2 meals were hard, and my veal was overcooked and there was very minimal sauce. We told the server, no apology no nothing. My son never recieved his salad, however when we received the bill we were charged an additional 4.99$ for a side order of salad. When questioning the server she said well you had the all you can eat salad with the other 2 meals! So he did eat from the all you can eat salad because he never got his, BUT to be charged and additional 4.99 was ridiculous! We asked for a manager, waited 10 mins and no one came. We said F** this place, reluctantly paid our bill but didn't give a tip. The service sucked, we had to ask for anything we wanted (refills, condiments that were never brought out) and so did the food. We also had to ask for our free meal that was included, as it was never brought out to us. Very bad experience and I'll never step a foot in tbat place again!
