East Side Mario's review: food/service friday january 10th 2020

We were first told upon arrival the wait time was 15 minutes. We waited 35 minutes to get a seat. Our server seemed less than enthusiastic to serve us and once she took the order we did not see her for over 20 minutes. I had to ask another server to bring us a starter salad. When I finally received my BLT cauliflower pizza it had almost no cheese on it. Was hard as a rock and cold. I told another server because ours hadn't come back to even check on the meals. She said she would try and track down our server. Once she did she the server came over and I showed her. She looked at it and said "yes okay" and would you like to take the rest take home. She didn't offer to replace it. I said I would go ahead and eat it because we waited so long for the food and it was almost 7pm we had arrived at 5:40pm. She charged me full price for everything and didn't care to react to my obvious dislike for the meal. We are frequent customers of this location and have been coming for years. I am so disappointed in the food and the service.
