Tonight my hubby wanted take out from East Side Mario's, I cringed because in the past we've had problems with our orders at least 4 times. Tonight makes number 5!
Our order was at least 20 min late. We ordered 2 Ceasar salads the one with bacon never arrived, & no lemon with the salad that did come. He ordered broccoli on the side, there was only 3 pieces & wasn't on the side it was in the spaghetti.
In the past we've ordered dinner for 4, go to pick it up and none of our order was ready at the stated time. Also have had other missing food from past orders, ESM's offer $10 off next order to compensate which is ok but I'd rather my order be correct.
