I went to dine in at East Side Mario's on Weller Ave in Kingston, ON. It was aroudn 8:45pm when I ordered Parmesan chicken wings. The service was satisfactory and I was looking forward to a tasty meal after a long day at work.

The chicken wings were served hot but were extremely oily and salty. They were inedible. I informed the employee attending to me about that. She said, "I agree with you, they tend to be oily. Sorry, you didn't like it. May be try something different next time." I was disappointed and left home hungry after making the payment.

I believe that as a customer, if I am paying for some goods/ service, then it should be worth my money. No one can eat extra salty and oily food.

Desired outcome: Please refund the amount at the earliest
