I have been to this location multiple times and always order the chicken parm, the last 2 times I went to this restaurant I was very upset with having to pay $20 for a dish that didnt satisfy me. The first time I recieved my chicken it was pink and the waitress did argue that it was fine but I wasnt going to take any chances of getting sick and she finally agreed to get it remade, and this last time tonight I got the chicken parm and it was so small and yet they charged me for the full size, I usually go to your Waterloo location as the Cambridge one is very underwhelming. Once I brought it to the waitresses attention she said it was the full size and wouldn't change the price and I wasnt going to argue in the restaurant but you need to know how your location is being towards people and not making our dining experience a good one. I have spent over $40 on mediocre food and it needs to be addressed and resolved, I will not be going back to this location.

The first time I recieved my chicken it was pink and the waitress did argue that it was fine but I wasnt going to take any chances of getting sick she then agreed to get it remade and we did wait a considerable amount of time and when I recieved the bill there wasnt any discounts or anything which is shameful on their part, they messed up and should do whatever is needed to make sure the customer is happy and want them to return again. And now this last time (tonight) I got the chicken parm and it was so small and yet they charged me for the full size. Once I brought it to the waitresses attention she said it was the full size and wouldn't change the price and I wasnt going to argue in the restaurant but you need to know how your location is being towards people and not making our dining experience a good one if a customer addresses an issue or concern I shouldn't be told that I'm wrong or have to explain further my concern, it's a simple fix and they need to be more professional. This location is terrible and to me is basically cheating me of my money. I am not working and with what money I do have I like to treat myself by going out and having to put that money to waste is such a shame. I have spent over $40 on mediocre food and it needs to be addressed and the staff should learn to be less offensive and rude towards paying consumers!
