Dunkin' Donuts what really goes on in the store

I recently was a worker for DD. let me tell you what really goes on in this location and store. I have had a few managers that were rude there names were Alex and Bethany. Alex would also sit in the lobby and talk to her boyfriend every Morning, that i would work and take off her Head set when i needed help as an employee. She left the whole store to me with no help. Alex also suffers with her weight as a women. Every ten min she is in the bathroom "taking care of business" if u know what i mean. this is extremely unsanitary as a food place. If i was to throw up as an employee i would not be able to come to work and would have to stay at least 24 hours away. there was a time when the women's bathroom was smelling for days. a employee went and found out it was our plunger in the bathroom it was caked in vomit!. Not saying it was from the employee but it could have been and was found after her shift. her and Bethany also stood around not doing anything or helping they were always on there phone and/or computer and not helping us workers when needed. when I went to put in my two weeks I was talked about by managers (Alex and Bethany) to other employees and my reasons for quiting. I thought it was confidential why i quit? I was happy at the beginning to work with the crew but so far after this 3 crew members and one manager has left. I hope that DD can change at this location. this was a horrible place to work at and i did not feel that anything i would say would be kept confidential.

Well my name is corina Loera I recently took my daughter pictures at the walmart in El Paso store # 10500 I paid in full and the store went out of business and the supervisor from wal-mart Couldn't do nothing because it not their company. i did not ever received any attention about the situation the studio was having so pretty much i got Jacked. yet they charged a lot for poor quality work. It's sad because I have been trying to contact all the numbers they have on the web site and no answer what can i Do?

Dunkin' Donuts bathroom policy

This Dun kin Donuts seats 14 people inside. I sat with a friend and had breakfast and while sitting police officers and bus drivers came in and were given access to the restroom. When I finished my meal and coffee I too had to use the facilities and was told they were out of order. It was very unfair of this particular establishment to state that after I just saw several people using it and then witnessed thereafter a police officer going in there again. So what is my recourse and what laws govern these facilities

Dunkin Donuts 177 25 Rockaway Blvds Jamaica NY- is never letting anyone to use their bathroom. It always says sorry for the inconvenience, however the employees get to use it. Half of the year it is out of service and many times their excuses are- they misplaced the key, bathroom not working, and always something. Today again I went and this time they said it’s only for employees but the bathroom still carried the sign Of “out of service”. Someone needs to look into it. It’s very terrible that in New York City things this sort of cruelty is happening. Thank you.

I started working at this store on Dec. 31, 2012. Ever since I started there the manager always had to change or fix or redo the schedule like every day. This caused a lot of people confusion on when they were supposed to come to work. One day when i was not at work she changed my hours and did not inform me. When i did not show up for work she fires me!...

Dunkin' Donuts poor service

This location of Dunkin Donuts leave alot to be desired. No matter what time of day or night you go into this establishment they are always out of something. Was there early this morning and was told they were out of a specific donut. Have gone in on Saturday mornings for muffins to be told "sorry we are out". What happened to the days when Dunkin Donuts was the establishment you always wanted to enjoy. From here on out, I will travel the extra miles to give my business to Krispy Kreme. Its not just the donuts at this location, even when you go in for BR brand, they are always out of ice cream or else the freezers are broke or some other excuse. The management leaves alot to be desired. Get a clue people!

when me and my mother went to go order food we asked for a 6 dozen of doughnuts we got 2 strawberry frosted, 1 chocolate frosted, 2 french curler and 1 manger special. the worker gave us 2 powder sugar 1 chocolate frosted 2 manger special 1 Cream filled chocolate frosted and we got a sandwich and it had too too munch pepper.

The dunkin donuts in bloomfield ave next to staples in Bloomfield,NJ has a very poor service. Its bathrooms are disgusting. The manager can't even speak English nor can't serve a costumer. He has a very bad attitude toward the workers and the costumers.The service is slow, and they don't have enough people in the counter. It is a shame that the service of this store has change so fast. It looks like as if the manger of the store was not certificated by Dunkin Donuts.
Please attend to this matter as soon as possible.

Every day I go to this Dunkin Donuts and every day they screw up my order. Today was the same girl at drive thru as yesterday, her name is Samantha. I gave her back the back with the incorrect order in it and she called me a ### and proceeded to stare me down as if trying to intimidate me. She is the sister of the manager and when I called to make a complaint, the manager Jamie blew me off like it was no big deal. After speaking to other employees of this establishment I have learned that the manager Jamie has hired her friends and family. Since doing so, the service of this establishment has gone completely downhill.

Evertime a family member or I go into this spacific Dunkin Donuts we are presented with the same accuring issues. They NEVER get the order correct and you stand there waiting for your food while the person behind you that ordered after you is getting their food first. When they come out with a bag thinking its what you ordered they argue over wheather or not you ordered what you say you did and make you look like the bad guy. Its embarrasing because when i go there i know what i order and when they come out with less then what i asked for because they are more worried about asking if you want to add a coffee to the order for .99 rather just allowing you to make the order you want while making sure they are doing their job by making the order correct its a little upsetting.

Here is what happened, While i was there i purchased 6 items which were divided into two orders. The first order was 2 everything bagels with cream cheese and two jelly donuts. He asked THREE TIMES IF I WANTED TO ADD COFFEE TO THAT, i responded no thanks all three times. After that order was completed my mom and i stepped to the side while the next customer ordered their food. While standing there we decided to make a second order which consisted of two egg and cheese wraps. A lady came out from the back and gave us a bag with ONE bagel in it. I said sorry we ordered two, she said yes the second is coming out. Then a man came out and presented us with a bag that had TWO bagels in it along with the second order we placed ( 2 egg wraps), he ripped the first bag out of my hands that had the one bagel in it, then switched the bags that held two bagels inside with the bag that had one bagel and said this isnt for you, you ordered one everything this is for the next customer then handed it over to the next customer. So i said well we never got the second bagel we ordered. He said alright hold on one second, checked with the cashier and said a second one was never ordered. They made a HUGE deal about it and the MANAGER gave my mother and i a dirty look while we were walking out. The cashier who rang us up approched both my mother and i and said " Mam, i only charged you for one bagel not two". I responded to him " i made two orders that was my first order and my mom stood next to me and heard me tell you i wanted two bagels and two jelly donuts. Needless to say he claimed he didnt charge me for two bagels. If he had been paying attention and not pushing more orders on us he would have correctly completed the order with no issues. I will NOT be returning to this location and I WILL put word out on the bad service and the dirty looks i got from the manager.

The customer service at the Dunkin Donuts I went to was very poor. The lady rolled her eyes at me when I asked if I could have a bottle of water at the drive thru. I asked them to put cream and sugar on the side, because they always overload their coffee with sugar. She handed me the sugar and creams in her hand, instead of putting it in the bag with my bagel. I checked the bag and they almost never put the coffee stirer in there. Not to mention they filled my cup up to the brim, making it not only difficult to even put cream and sugar in there, but causing hot coffee to overflow. The coffee was also very nasty and old, like brown water. It wasn't coffee but coffee flavored brown water

I WAITED IN LINE WITH FIVE PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME. THE LADY IN FRONT OF ME PUT IN HER ORDER AND PAID THEN STEPPED ASIDE. HER FRIEND THEN CAME FROM THE SOMEPLACE ELSE IN THE THRUWAY PLAZA, GOT IN FRONT OF ME AND STARTED ORDERING . SHE NEVER WAITED IN THE LINE AT ALL. WHEN I INFORMED THE DUNKIN DONUT CLERK THAT I WAS NEXT, SHE SAID THE WOMEN WAS NEXT. I THE INFORMED THE DUNKIN DONUT CLERK THAT THE WOMEN NEVER WAITED IN THE LONG LINE. THE WOMEN WHOM HAD ALREADY PAID AND WAS WAITING FOR HE ORDER TURNED TO ME AND SAID THAT SHE WAS WITH HER. I INFORMED ALL OF THEM THAT I WAITED IN LINE AND EVERYBODY ELSE IN BACK OF ME HAD WAITED IN LINE. I THEN TOLD THE CLERK THAT THE WOMEN'S FRIEND HAD ALREADY PAID AND HER FRIEND NEEDED TO WAIT IN LINE. THE CLERK DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO SO SHE TOOK THE WOMENS ORDER. I LOOKED BACK AT THE LINE OF PEOPLE WAITING AND THEY WERE ALL SHAKING THEIR HEADS IN DISGUST I THEN HAD A CHANCE TO PLACE MY ORDER AND RE-INFORMED THE CLERK THAT AGAIN THE WOMEN HAD NEVER WAITED IN LINE AND SHE WAS PAYING SEPERATE FROM HER FRIEND. THE CLERK LOOKED AT ME AND SAID "OK" SHE NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED. I FELT CHEATED AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST. THIS IS JUST ANOTHER HORRIBLE WORKER AND SERVICE I HAVE RUN INTO AT SELECT DUNKIN DONUTS STORES. I WONT EVEN GO INTO THE HERKIMER NY DUNKIN DONUTS ANYMORE. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE, THEY SCREW UP THE ORDERS ALL THE TIME AND THEY ARE HORRIBLY DISORGANIZED. ONCE I STOPPED THERE AT 7:30 AM AND THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY DONUTS YET. HOW CAN YOU HAVE DONUT IN YOUR BUSINESS NAME AND NOT HAVE ANY DONYUTS AT 7;30 IN THE MORNING. NOW I HAVE TO ADD THE LITTLE FALLS NYS THRUWAY DUNKIN DONUTS AS YET ANOTHER HORRIBLE DUNKIN DONUTS. I'VE BEEN STOPPING MORE AND MORE AT TIM HORTONS AND STAR BUCKS. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM IN ANY OF THOSE COFFEE CHAINS. DOES DUNKIN DONUTS REALIZE HOW MANY MILLIONS OF DOLLARS THEY LOSE EVERY YEAR BECAUSE OF POORLY TRAINED STAFF AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. I HAVE HAD IT WITH DUNKIN DONUTS!

Well most of the time i go to the dunkin on cowesett ave. in west warwick r.i.they dont listen very well an mess up orders an huff under there breath to fix order come they get paid to make the coffee cant even do that right !

Walked in when there were no other customers and was ignored by the one person wiping down the tables. When finally attended to, the attitude was cold and unfriendly. One would expect from a food service organization to be at the very least greeted and told someone would be with you in a moment, but instead it felt like I was an inconvenience.

Dunkin' Donuts I would never eat or drink from a dunkin donuts ever again

Today November 25th, 2012 I stopped at DD as I do every day. I am completely and utterly disturbed from today’s experience! There was a live baby roach crawling in the bottom of my bag! How dirty must a place be for a roach to crawl into a bag and then served to a customer?

Usually my experience with DD is not a happy one but due to morning routine I make an effort to stop everyday for a coffee/tea. I did not want to be “that person” who complained or was ignorant to the workers at DD when every single day my coffee was made incorrectly or for the most part is very cold OR my bagel/muffin hard as a rock but today just did it for me! I cannot let this one slide quietly.

I feel as though the corporate office should be made aware of this issue and should take care of this in high priority! At this moment I am NOT in the right state of mind to speak with anyone so my mother called the DD location where I purchased my muffin and tea and explained to them what happened and they asked for me to stop in so they can “give me what I want”. Who in their right mind would think that I would EVER eat or drink from a Dunkin Donuts ever again?

I am pregnant and spilled hot tea all over my stomach, arm and leg from being so shocked from seeing a roach crawling around! I am not exactly sure what my next step is going to be with this issue but I’m sure my lawyer will feel as though the health department should indeed be involved.

Im am complaining of an employee who refuse to serve me because im muslim her name is julissa she only works there in the weekends. Ive been coming to this esablishment for years and never had this problem I dont understand why I cant get some coffee with out going thru this bs if this is not taken care of I will get 311 & police involved because that is considered a hate crime thank you.

Virginia may be for "Lovers" but sounds like it ain't working too good for you. Collateral damage is the Dunkin Donuts establishments in the Hamptons Roads area who have to put up with your grouchy outbursts. Buy a toaster and make your own breakfast.

Dunkin' Donuts scams

i went this week to buy some coffee and donuts, in other local dunkin donuts the 1/2 doz is 399 here they want 5.99 which is actuall even more than if you buy the donuts seperately, so ordered the number 1 which is med coffee with 2 donuts so for 3 coffees and 6 donuts it should have come to 10.47 instead they tried to charge me the 5.99 for the donuts plus the coffee prices for a total of 11.47after i pointed it out to them they went back and charged me the correct amount.

Dunkin' Donuts taking tips/not giving correct change

I have been going to the Dunkin Donuts on 111th St. in Worth IL 60482 every morning for over 5 yrs. I am getting tired of not getting the correct change back. This morning after I got my extra large coffee, I gave the guy at the drive thru $5.39 for the $2.39 coffee (including tax, ) and he gave me $2.00 and some change. What is wrong with this picture? I'm supposed to get $3. Before they had a tip jar sitting by the window. Now I guess they are just taking it. And I'm tired of it. The thing is, he was holding the dollar in his hand. When I said something, he didn't even have to go back into the drawer. And as I started to drive off after he gave me the $1 and I gave him the change, he said something, but I couldn't understand it with his thick accent. On other mornings, it's usually a female who keeps some of the change. I would go to another location, but this is the closest to my house. I'm really sick of this.

Dunkin' Donuts mismanagement

All the employees and managers there know that my coffee is made wrong nearly every day. Yesterday, it was made wrong and the manager Briana told me to go somewhere else to get my coffee. I was dumbfounded and told her I cannot believe you are turning a customer away because you can't get my order right (simple- medium iced coffee extra cream, extra sugar, light ice). I asked for contact information for someone above her, which she refused- telling me that there is no one above her. I insisted that since she doesn't own the store, there is higher management. She advised me that this was coming from upper management. I found the number for the exec offices and attempted to contact one of the franchisees (owners) and they weren't in. I reported the incident to the DD 800#, and then I found a cell number to Roy Clark (franchisee). I spoke with him and he referred this to Marcia, a district manager. She called me and told me that Briana, the store manager, said that I show up there WITHOUT the coffee that was made wrong all in an attempt to get free coffee. This is NOT the case! I went there today and Briana is on vacation, but a manager in training is there as was Marcia. I spoke to the manager in training first, and he acknowledged that "we screw up your coffee almost every day" as well as "you circle back around to the drive-through with the coffee that is wrong to have it replaced". I even have this on tape now. He brought Marcia over to talk to me, and repeated for her what he had said- that I am not trying to get free coffee out of nowhere, that I drive back around WITH the coffee that needs to be replaced.
I ask that you call Roy Clark at [protected] ext 210 and let him know how disgusting it is that the manager Briana is treating a customer this way and that she should indeed be fired for doing so. To tell a customer to shop somewhere else because they can't get an order right, and subsequently lie about the customer is simply unacceptable.

Either that or OP drinks about half the coffee and then brings it back to the window every morning. That way she doesn't have to feel guilty about stealing.

After the 3rd or 4th time they made your coffee wrong and you kept going back ... well, ... what does that say? It says one of two things ... either they are totally incompetent, which you should have realized, and you should take your business elsewhere ... or you are an impossible to please customer. Which is it?

Dunkin' Donuts thieves

The Manager along with 2 employees who work every Saturday a.m. and sometimes during the week have tried to rip me off for 4 years now. I first noticed about 4 years ago when I sent my 11 year old inside to get something while I waited in the car. I asked her for the receipt because I felt I was short changed by 2.00. She said they did not give her one. I went inside and asked for one and the manager told me they threw it away. I asked her why and she got really nervous and asked me how much they owed me. I calculated in my head a little over $2.00. They gave it to me and I left. I thought it was just a mistake until I realized it happened again 3 other times. I started paying really close attention to what they were doing in there, after I contacted Dunkin Donuts Corporate office and complained several times. Apparently nothing was done about it because this manager along with at least 3 employees who tried to steal from me, were still employed. This is a very very convenient location for me so driving out of my way was not going to happen. Well, this is what they do as well. They look for people who are holding cash in there hands ready to pay, like myself. I give my order, they pretend they are punching in the numbers on the register and tell me my total. I hand them my "cash" and they give me my change, however, they never rang up the order. Apparently, they have a scheme where they are pocketing the cash money! I am sure not on all cash payments, but they have done this at least 5 times to me. The first time, I asked for a receipt. They handed me one and I thought, oh okay, I was wrong. I got home and looked at the receipt and they handed me someone elses receipt! It wasnt even close to what I ordered and the time was from 30 minutes earlier. They save other receipts to give to people who stuff it in their pockets or bags and never bother to look at it. The other times, after I asked for a receipt, they would then ring up the order. Pretty slick I have to say. I complained but Corporate apparently doesnt care that they are being ripped off. Pay attention to your Dunkin Donuts receipts and change people! They must make a pretty good extra chunk of cash in one day by the time they split of the money between them

I was ordering 2 donuts and the guy cannot hear me so I said "I want 2 donuts" on a loud voice, then he told me to come to the front window when I pulled up I heard the guy cursed at me, my wife heard it too... Dunkin' Donuts consistent mistreatment

There is a consistent issue ongoing at the Northwest Hwy/Centerville location in Garland TX. It is one I'm tired of hearing of, dealing with, and will no longer tolerate. My wife visits this location almost every week for one thing and one thing only; One dozen Maple glazed donuts. It was my favorite growing up and since getting married & having children it's become the favorite of the family. There is a very lazy, rude young lady working the register there in the evenings. I don't know nor do I care what issues she may have with us or others, what personal matters she brings into work with her and projects to Dunkin's customer base, it is simply a load we will no longer be the constant victims of.

Every single time my wife, or I, or us stop in for our usual dozen maple, and this girl is working, there's always some dumb reason we can't get what we want. I don't know if she's just so lazy she doesn't want to make the trip from the register to the back. I don't know if there's something 'else' going on in the back she doesn't want to interrupt. I don't know if she's just some ignorant young b-word who doesn't appreciate collecting a paycheck by doing a job well. And I don't f-ing care. I'm sick of the hassle. Last night in particular, my wife was told they couldn't sell her the usual dozen maple donuts because they were out of rings in the back. IT'S A 24 HOUR DONUT SHOP, and this stupid woman in Dunkin's employment has the NERVE to claim they ran out of donut rings? Are you KIDDING me? If a business has a consistently sold item per week, and they aren't meeting that demand properly, would you consider that good assessment of sales? I sure as hell wouldn't. One time, on protest, the rude young woman FINALLY went into the back to have a dozen maple donuts made up. The problem? You could practically SEE the handprint in the center where she smashed down the donuts after boxing them. If it hadn't had been so late, I'd have driven back to the location and thrown the case at her for doing such an ignorant thing to consistent customers.

In the end? I honestly don't want an apology from Dunkin or her. From the company it would be just an official corporate line, from her it would be empty & irritating. I don't want the next order of donuts to get a discount or be complimentary, we pay for what we consume, period. What I want is some assurance this particular employee will be properly trained to do her job, appreciate her paycheck, take care of the customer, and lose the attitude. OR I want dumb girl FIRED. TRUST me, this particular employee is doing Dunkin Donut's sales at this location NO favors. I just need to know my wife can stop at Duncan Donuts for what we want and NOT come home with yet another stress-filled story that makes my blood boil. This is far too much trouble to get some damn DONUTS. Especially considering it's from DUNKIN DONUTS.

Dunkin' Donuts staffs have attitude problem

I have ordered coffee with other items such as Croissant, donuts, hash brown etc., As there was only one staff he couldn't handle the order as there were other customers waiting. so he showed all anger and attitude towards me.. he spilled the coffee, he didn't add milk though i requested..he was yelling at me..he told me that he cannot serve. on top of that he didn't even answer my questions and didn't return my credit card. he was staring at me as if i like i am his enemy. I will stay away from this franchise (the one on Broadway and west side) in jersey city.. the staffs think that they are doing a favor but they do not understand that we are paying so much money for their service. finally they lost some loyal customers

Well my poor grandmother can bareley walk.. but she loves her Dunkin Donuts. She was watchin T.V this morning & a commercial came on saying "dunking donuts 6 bagels for 3.99". Immediateley, she thought that was a great deal. So, she drove to the dunking donuts nearest to us in homosassa, fl. They told her that they didnt have the deal at that location. so since she was already out and really wanted a bagle she drove aproximentaly 10 miles in lecanto, fl.. just to find out they also didnt have the deal. so instead of going home she drove another 10 miles to inverness, fl. And yup you guessed it! no bagels! false advertising!...

Dunkin' Donuts poor quality of donuts

I have fond memories of biting into freshly in-store made donuts from dunkin donuts. This was back in the day when dunkin's catch phrase was "time to make the donuts," and a tired baker/store owner had to leave his house in the wee hours of the morning to actually make donuts in his store, in time for the morning rush! Each store made its own donuts all day long, so that no matter what time of day or night you made the trip to dunkin (I think "it's worth the trip" was one of their mottos too?) you were assured that 1. The store still had your favorite kind of donut; and 2.. It was fresh, soft, and delicious! Now that the donuts are shipped into each location from god knows where, buying a donut from dunkin is a total crap shoot! You never know if they are going to be "sold out" of the kind you want and when you get it, way more often than not, you are going to bite into a not-so-fresh-definitely-not-very-soft or sometimes down right stale donut! Every one in a blue moon, by purely lucking into arriving just after the store has received its daily shipment, I will be lucky enough to bite into a "winner," but this more often than not, I just say, "oh well... At least the iced coffee is good." too bad dunkin sacrificed its donuts to concentrate on the coffee.

Dunkin' Donuts stale steak egg and cheese bagel

I have brought numerous breakfast sandwiches from dunkin donuts (steak agg /cheese bagel) and this sandwich was stale every time the bagel that is, there is no reason for this . The bagel is never toasted as I have requested it to be, there are to many people working there and nothing is actually being done properly. Thank you for your time . Sincerely, Mrs. M. Jones

Dunkin' Donuts frozen breakfast sandwiches

02-19-12. 6:15 am. Me and a friend stopped here to get a couple of their breakfast sandwiches. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel, and my friend ordered a "big and toasty" sandwich. The guy who took the order did not make it. He took the next order and apparently forgot about us. So did everyone else. There had to be five or six employees behind the counter, most had been in the back room when we cam in. Ten minutes later, someone figured out that sandwiches had to be made and started making ours. I watch this guy put the patties and eggs in the oven, set the time and then after only about a minute, he shut the oven off and made our sandwiches. He did this because he was in a hurry and there were at least three or four other customers waiting for sandwiches too. My friends "big and toasty" was "big and frozen" in the middle, and my sausage, egg and cheese was only warm and the cheese was still cold. We found this out in the car and due to use being late, we couldn't spare the time to go back. Next time (If there is one) I will check my sandwich before I leave. I suggest you do the same.
