I am writing to express my concern regarding a Dubai Duty Free gift card that I received as a present in February 2024, which has never been successfully activated and remains unusable.

• Date Received: February 2024
Since receiving the gift card, I have traveled to Dubai three times, and on each visit, I attempted to use the card at Dubai Duty Free locations. Unfortunately, the card has never worked, consistently showing that it is not activated.
I have been in communication with your support team via email since January 2025, but so far the issue has not been resolved despite several follow-ups and promises of assistance. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment, especially as the card was a thoughtful gift meant to be used during my travels.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to either:
• Activate the card, or
• Issue a replacement card or refund of the full amount
I have attached any relevant documents I have, including photos of the card.
