Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. In the six months since I placed the order the product has evidently become unavailable and they replaced it with another brand. After they said they would ship to me four months after my initial order I finally contacted them a month later when it did not show up. They are now going to extort another $13 from me before they will ship it. The Manager was uncooperative. I would not recommend doing business with DK Hardware.

I have reviewed my VISA account and found that DK Hardware has shorted me on my purchase refund.

On Oct. 13 I paid $599.98 for an order. On Oct. 19 I was refunded $567.05 for the same order. The refund is $32.93 short.

This order was completely mismanaged by DK Hardware. It was ignored for five days. When I inquired about it's status, I was told that there were inventory issues and that there would be an additional 1 to 2 weeks delay for the order. Then I was e-mailed and told that that information was erroneous. I then received another e-mail that told me that my home shipping address was not sufficient. Then I received another e-mail that said that my home shipping address was okay. Then I received another e-mail that said that there would be an additional $83.53 for shipping added to my order. To make for a total of $166.00 for shipping. I was asked if I wanted to proceed with the order. As this shipping cost is utterly ridiculous compared to simply using US Post, I replied that 'no', I did not want to proceed with the order. I asked when a full refund would be seen in my VISA account and was told 1 to 2 business days. I have now reviewed the VISA account and found that I was not refunded the full purchase cost. It is short by $32.93.

On 7/7 I placed an order with DK Hardware, after about 3 weeks I contacted live support and they confirmed the item hadn't been shipped and would contact me when it shipped. They gave no estimated date, no information at all.

I requested a refund, I'm expecting that to be a hassle as well, so I'll just call my bank and have them handle it, and send a nice letter to the BBB.

I would not recommend this company.

I gotta say, I got some pretty good service from DK Hardware. The product I got was pretty good too. But let me tell you, the order process was a bit of a hassle. I mean, I was able to order on their website with my credit card, but then they asked me to fill out some credit card authorization form and give them copies of my credit card and ID. I get that they gotta protect themselves from fraud and all, but it seems kinda risky for me, you know? But hey, I was able to switch it up and pay with PayPal instead, so it all worked out in the end.

So, I was looking for some door hardware and found DK Hardware. They had what I needed, but it was a "special order" item that they said would take 5-6 weeks. I was cool with that, so I placed my order. But, it's been 7 weeks now and I still haven't received my stuff. I had to contact them to find out what was going on, and their "Customer Happiness Specialist" told me that the hardware won't be available until 9/13. That's like 6 months to fill an order! I mean, come on, DK Hardware, what's the deal? Maybe they should change their job title to "We Don't Give a Hoot About Customer Happiness and We Don't Need Any More Business Specialist". Just saying.

I gotta say, I had a bit of a mix-up with my order from DK Hardware. I noticed that the shipping address was all wrong, so I reached out to their team to get it fixed up. They told me they'd taken care of it and that I'd have my order in just a couple of days. But, wouldn't you know it, the package never showed up. So, I went ahead and ordered the same thing again.

Luckily, the second time around, I got my order pretty quickly. But then, just yesterday, I got the very first package that I'd ordered. And, honestly, I'm not too happy about it. I'm planning on returning it, for sure.

When I talked to DK Hardware about what happened, they told me that the issue was with the debit card I'd used to pay for the first order. Apparently, it was a company card, and that caused some problems. So, for the second order, I used my personal card instead.

Honestly, I'm not thrilled with the customer service I got from DK Hardware. It seems like they could have done more to help me out with the shipping address issue, and the whole debit card thing just seems like a mess. I'm not sure if I'll be ordering from them again in the future.

Got my order from DK Hardware today, finally! It took over a month to get here, but that's not the worst part. I didn't get any updates on my order, like if it was backordered or when it was going to ship. I had to reach out to customer service (shoutout to Sunil) to get any info. Finally got an email on Friday saying it was shipped and it arrived today, March 20th. That's way later than the original delivery date of March 2nd. But hey, at least the item looks like what I ordered. Thank goodness for that.

I recently made a purchase from DK Hardware, and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered two items, each costing around $1500, but only one was sent to me. This was back on May 3, 2022, and since then, I have had a terrible time trying to communicate with the company. I was in contact with a person named Paul Bondoc, but the communication was just awful. I would send an email once a week just to check on the missing item, but it would take 4-5 weeks to get a response, and even then, there were no real answers or solutions provided.

To make matters worse, on September 30th, I received an email stating that they would not refund or reship the missing item. This was despite the fact that I had the packing slip showing that only one item was shipped to me. Now, I have to go through the hassle of filing a claim with the courts, which is a huge waste of my time.

Overall, I would not recommend DK Hardware to anyone. My experience was extremely frustrating, and I urge others to be cautious before making a purchase from this company. It's important to do your research and read reviews before making any big purchases, so you don't end up getting burned like I did.

I've had a couple of experiences with DK Hardware and I have to say, I'm not impressed. I placed an order for a product that the website claimed was in stock, but after I received my order acknowledgement, I didn't hear anything for a week. I tried calling their 800 number, but I couldn't get through to a real person. I left a voicemail with my order number and finally received an email an hour later saying that the product was out of stock due to "high demand" and that it would take about a week to get to me.

To make matters worse, two days later, I received another email from DK Hardware saying that they had cancelled my order and refunded my money. This was a huge waste of time for me, as I needed the product for a job and had to order from another company that actually had it in stock. The new company shipped it out right away, and I was able to complete my job without any further delays.

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had this kind of experience with DK Hardware. Last October, I ordered a meter socket/main breaker panel from them and had a similar issue. I usually try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this is just unacceptable.

Overall, I would not recommend DK Hardware. If you need a product quickly and reliably, it's best to look elsewhere.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with DK Hardware. I sent an email on February 21, 2023 asking for a receipt/invoice for an order I placed, but I never got a response. I even followed up with the contact person, Marinelle Ramos, but still no luck. I need that invoice to submit my corporate card statement, so it's pretty frustrating that I haven't been able to get it.

To make matters worse, the item I ordered, a Surface Box 6" Round (Item #1030), was discontinued and I was told I would only be invoiced for the items that were in stock. But even though I was charged $262.92 on my credit card ending in xxxx-1106, I still haven't received the item I ordered. I attached an email from our Engineering Tech to my original message, but I still haven't heard anything back.

All I'm asking for is a proper invoice and an ETA for whatever was shipped to me. It's not too much to ask, right? I just wish DK Hardware would communicate with me and let me know what's going on. It's frustrating to be left in the dark like this.

I was aware of the supply chain issues that are affecting many businesses, so I was patient when my "ship in 5 days" item didn't arrive within the first couple of weeks. Finally, on September 30th, I received an email from DK Hardware assuring me that my order would ship out in early November. I was relieved to finally have some sort of timeline, so I waited patiently for my order to arrive.

However, November 10th came and went, and I still hadn't received any tracking information or updates. I reached out to the company again, and was shocked to hear that my order wouldn't be shipping until January 2022. Why didn't they provide me with an update sooner if they knew there was an issue?

The lack of communication and customer service from DK Hardware is unacceptable. I'm extremely disappointed in their handling of my order, and I'm not sure if I'll ever order from them again. I'm now left wondering how quickly I'll be able to get a refund from this subpar company with zero customer service.

I recently made a purchase on dkhardware.com for some window weather seal on February 7th. The website showed that the item was in stock, so I was excited to receive it soon. However, after three days, I still had not received any tracking information. I decided to contact their customer service team to inquire about the status of my order. To my surprise, they informed me that they had not received the item from the manufacturer yet. I was confused because the website clearly stated that the item was in stock. After speaking with the representative, I was able to get in touch with a supervisor. I explained the situation to them, and they told me that the website is constantly updated. I was confused because it had been three weeks since I placed my order, and the item still had not come back in stock. The supervisor offered me a measly 5% off my order, which was only $2.50. I was disappointed that they did not offer a better solution, especially since I had been waiting for three weeks.

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with DK Hardware (dkhardware.com). I ordered a shower door kit, the CRL Contempo - CON73BS, and let me tell you, it's been a nightmare trying to install it. The Header is supposed to be a certain width, but it's actually narrower than what the specs say. This means that the glass doors are too close to each other and the top corner actually hits the metal in the Track Holder Fittings when the doors are about an inch away from being fully closed. Not only is this super frustrating because I can't even fully close the doors, but it's also dangerous because the glass could shatter from repeated contact with the metal. On top of that, the door handles hit each other when I try to slide the doors past each other.

I reached out to the manufacturer, CR Laurence, and they acknowledged that the Header Track is narrower than it should be, but they won't take any responsibility for it or offer any guidance on how to fix the problem. And to make matters worse, DK Hardware is siding with the manufacturer and won't accept a return of the shower door kit. It's like I'm stuck in the middle of this whole mess.

What really grinds my gears is that the reviews on DK Hardware's website seem to be praising this shower door kit, but they're not even reviews of the actual product. And there's no way for me to leave my own review to warn others about the issues I'm having. It's just not right.

So if you're thinking about buying anything from DK Hardware, I'd definitely question the information on their website and do some extra research before making a purchase.

I ordered 1/4" glass clamps and placed my order. After waiting a few days I was wondering where my shipment confirmation was so I called in and was informed that the product was on back order. The website stated that it was "in stock" so that was pretty frustrating and I missed my deadline to get the glass installed. It would have been nice for them to change their "In Stock" status if they have that icon.

Uber-specific specialty door / window pile ordered & received promptly. A textbook example of what a good merchant (selling online) can provide the public. 4 stars. fast delivery; exactly what I needed; I would not think twice about further business with DK. ALL companies have had shipping interruptions due to covid. I cannot understand if someone had real problems with orders and untimely delivery of the product, why did you order more ? I'm sure there are other companies who can supply your needs. I wonder if you sent a poor review to the gasoline suppliers when there were lines for gasoline due to people hoarding.

Had frameless shower installed 2 years ago. The fixed glass at the door hinge was unstable and flexing every time the door opened. Since tempered glass can't be drilled I located suitable CRL hardware on line to stabilize it and was directed to DK via Amazon. Pricing was the same as Amazon but the freight was twice as expensive. I ordered directly because DK's customer representative took the time to answer my questions. Delivery was prompt and the products worked perfectly.

Ordered a cylinder on August 7th. Told it would take a few days and tracking # would be sent. Waited 10 days called again. Told it would be on the August 25th. Called on August 25th now I'm being told my cylinder is a special order and it was pushed back? Now they told me Sept. 24th. They withdrew my money fast but now its going to take 2 months for delivery. How can this company advertised the product but don't have any of the product or mislead customers.

Zero stars. I bought a pack of 20 of the VGB 1460 glazing beads and when they arrived I used one that did not fit. I tried to return the remaining 19 and they refused ... I am out almost $100. It would have been nice if they told me that before I ordered. They also avoided answering my request for a return for three weeks until my credit card account was paid. Never order from them unless you KNOW the item fits. Look closely at all the negative reviews on Yelp and social media.

I placed this order on 9/3. Apparently one of the items I ordered was back-ordered, but I was not informed of this. After waiting two weeks for shipping confirmation, I both e-mailed and phoned them, and was told the items would definitely ship by 9/19. They finally shipped at end of day 9/20, and I received the items in good shape on 9/25. I would expect any reputable supplier to inform customers of delays such as this. An e-mail with an accurate expected shipping date is all that would have been required.

I am a First time customer, I was looking for channel drains and seen the channel drains on the web site there was a pic of the one thatI wanted to buy. I had a removal top for easy clean out. I needed 58 feet and two 90 degree corners. On the web sight when, I put it all in my cart, there was no picture of the channel drains but there was pictures of the 90degree corner pieces and couples that I needed.. Now to let yu know the picture of the 90 degree corner piece has an open top so when you get your channel drains you cane use a small pice of the top that comes off to put it in the conner piece. so I thought everything was ok and I also received a phone call from someone from DK hardware to confirm my order and just go over the size or it. you could see on line from the corner piece that the channel drain that I am ordering should be the same with a removable top. but they too though I was getting the right parts, so when I received the package and open the box I did not get the right channel drains. that were all solid. no removable top. I call up they told me I have to pay to ship it back which would cost me over $200.00 and they want to charge me a restocking fee over 20% that would be almost another $200.00. I spent over $632.00 on this order and now that want about $400.0 extra to make it right. This is not customer service, I should of just bought it on amazon at least with them they know how to take care of they customers. Amazon would have it shipped back for free with no restocking fee. I would say if you can find it on amazon you are better off buying it from them even if it cost a little bit more you will have better piece of mind know that Amazon has your back DK Hardware just wants to Break your back. t would be great if this million or billion dollar company would take back the channel drains eat the shipping and restocking fees and let me order the right channel drains but I already talked to someone named Chris and he told me that he was sorry but that will not work with me. That I am stuck with them they will not accept them back even though they are untouched and could be sold to someone els. that alway ship them cut so they would of been cut for the next guy that wanted those type that came to me.

On August 8, 2022, I placed an order for a quantity of ten (10) Stanley Tools WCM301 Jalousie Window or Door Operator for Stanley 3-11/32" Link Arm at $18.49 per unit for a total of $184.90 with a 5% off coupon. On August 23, 2022, DK Hardware sent me an email stating they were still waiting for these parts and that there would be a delivery delay.

These Jalousie Window Operators were to be installed in a summer home before the end of August because the home is closed up on the last weekend in August every year. Because of the delay in delivery until September, I unfortunately didn’t get to install the parts in 2022. When I received the parts in September, I opened the package to make sure I had the right quantity but I did not inspect each one closely and then stored them for the following year. When I went to install the WCM301 Jalousie Window Operators on July 3, 2023, 7 out of the 10 that I received did not have the link arms on them as ordered.

To resolve the problem, I contacted them and told them I would appreciate a refund or exchange for the seven window operators and get the correct items. They told me they had a 30 day return policy and that they would not be willing to help me because of this policy. I also have a policy that I don't let companies like this get away with not providing the products or services that they promise.

So, I decided to give DK Hardware a try for the first time. I placed my order and paid for it about a month ago. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my product yet. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it arrives soon. I have to admit, I'm a bit disappointed with the delay. It's making me think twice about ordering from here again in the future. Hopefully, this is just a one-time issue and they can improve their shipping times in the future.

I recently ordered some stain from DK Hardware and was pretty disappointed with what I received. When I opened the can, I could tell right away that it was old - there was a really strong smell and the color was off. But the worst part was the layer of scum on the bottom of the can that just wouldn't dissolve no matter how much I stirred it. I've been using this same stain for over 30 years and I've never seen it in this condition before.

So, I was looking for a cover for my Blackstone griddle and I came across DK Hardware website. I placed my order 5 weeks ago and I still haven't received it. They charged my credit card right away, but I haven't seen the cover yet. I've been emailing them for over a week now, but I haven't received any reply. So, I was looking for a steel colored sauce pot to add to my collection, and I stumbled upon DK Hardware. I placed an order for a pot that cost me $30, and I was pretty excited to receive it. This was really important to me because I'm not the most handy person and I needed all the help I could get.

Made a purchase from this company and when I got my purchase delivered I was missing 4 pieces of the order. I reached out and was given the run around for several hours. While dealing with this I noticed the listing for what I purchased was removed from their site. Interesting. I manager called me yesterday 8/30 and told me there was in fact an error in the listing that was posted but they refuse to give me what I was under the impression I had purchased originally instead they want me to return it. I simply want what was listed for sale on THEIR site for me the consumer to purchase. I purchased a case which consists of 3 at a quantity of 2 which means I would get six pieces all together. I even reached out to the manufacturer of the product and they agreed their product is sold in cases.
