Dubai Duty Free review: staff

I would like to complaint for the staff name fatima zarah she is assigned in concourse C near C20 6:05 A.M of January 15, 2020 she is rude and she don't know what's her job descriptions. I am a customer and I am buying on your shop that she is incharge I paid for the item ( big masafi water) I am waiting for her to put it inside the plastic bag but she didn't do, so I politely ask her if she can put it inside the bag "PLEASE" what she did is she take plastic bag and put it in the counter beside the item that I bought and she look at me telling me to put it by myself in a not so good " voice tone" she was not even busy that time there's no other customer so why she can't put it inside the bag. It's just small issue but if she continue with that attitude she have, it will cause bad image on the company.
