it was a very easy process. The online proofing was very nice. Shipped same day, so turnaround was excellent. More care should have been taken in cleaning off the smudges and handprints. The box has a dented torn hole where something pressed most of the way through. Little disappointed in the number of flaws - probably wouldn't have been as noticeable without all the hand prints and smudges, and damaged box. Packing was terrific and the corrugate intact so the box had to have been damaged prior to shipment.
When it's an award - you want to be proud of the entire presentation - just saying.

I am satisfied with the appearance of the medals I recently purchased. The etched out, more 3-D face of the medals was combined with a decal/sticker a bit more tastefully in this design than others I'd ordered in past years. However, there's a noticeable price difference between the two if you're quantity is 50 or less. You have to order in greater bulk quantities to get the subsidies and for small businesses like mine, it's just another overhead! Over the last 4 years, my have increased over $50 as the quality of materials used and appearances of medals costing $1.49 or so have diminished.

The trophies look beautiful - the students will be thrilled to get them, I'm sure. I like that we can choose the base color (black or white) and that we can decide if the lettering is identical on some lines, that is very helpful.
I also like that you can choose the type of sport or activity that you want the trophy for and there are choices along the way. it was easy and didn't take much time. I've been doing it for several years now and really appreciated the reminder and that the notice in my email gave me the details of what I ordered last year at this time.

I have been tasked with a project of updating the Years of Service plates on different Perpetual Plaques for several of our offices across the Globe. Most of the vendors I have found would not allow an order of just one plate which was important to me as I wanted to make sure the new plates matched the old ones before I order a dozen of them. Crown Awards was easy to work with and I was able to order one plate for our office in El Salvador. Unfortunately, I don't believe the plate I ordered will be a good match but I'm still happy with what was received. Their customer service was great, the price was great too and I received my order within just a few days.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I had placed my order on a Thursday and was expecting delivery by that Sunday. Well when I didn't receive my package by Monday night I called Fedex to track my package which I found out they basically lost my package. I frantically called Crown Awards and explained what happened and within minutes they ensured me that I would have it reshipped and delivered in two days as our end of season party is this Saturday.

Crown Awards has great products, great pricing and an amazing customer service team. I'm so happy that they were able to fix my problem that Fedex lost the package and would have my replacement asap. I will have a bunch of happy kids on our last game day.

Not only was the process absolutely simple, but the cost was less even with expedited shipping! I ordered my medals on a Friday afternoon and received them on a Sunday afternoon! Still, I was a bit skeptical until I opened the package and saw the beautiful awards that I ordered for half the cost that I normally spend, and in better quality. I'll ALWAYS order from Crown Awards moving forward. This experience was truly amazing. I wanted to order 10 trophies from Crown Awards, so I reached out to them and informed them about my request. However, I was a bit skeptical about placing an order without seeing a sample first. Therefore, I requested them to send me a sample first so that I could make sure that everything was done to my liking and then place the order for the rest of the trophies.

Crown Awards agreed to my request, and I thought everything was going smoothly until I received the sample trophy. It was not what I had expected; it did not have the proper insert, which was a bit disappointing. I immediately contacted the customer service at Crown Awards, and they informed me about the possibility of them sending out the correct one for me.

To complete the order for the remaining 9 trophies, I went back to their website, only to find out that they had only 2 of them in stock. As a customer, I was not happy about this; they should have told me about their inventory being low or not having enough stock to fill my order before charging me for the sample trophy.

Now, here is where it gets really frustrating. They refused to give me a full refund and instead charged me a portion of the cost of the trophy. I feel like I am paying for their mistake, and I cannot get all my money back. This is not how business should be conducted, and I suggest being careful when dealing with Crown Awards.

However, on my most recent order, I ran into some serious issues.

I had a basketball showcase coming up, and I needed the awards to arrive in time for the event. I called Crown to see if they could expedite the shipping to make sure everything arrived on time. I paid extra for this service, but when the day of the event rolled around, nothing had arrived. Imagine my frustration when I had 75 young players waiting for their medals, and I had nothing to give them. It was a complete and utter letdown.

So, I got myself a trophy from Crown Awards the other day and I gotta say, I was pretty pleased with the experience. I was not too keen on that idea, so I thanked her for her time and hung up.

This is my second time using Crown Awards to order season-ending awards for my team, and I have to say, my athletes and I really appreciated the awards we received last year. However, I do have a few concerns about the company's shipping costs and fees for additional characters. As a coach on a budget, I tend to look for companies that offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, but unfortunately, Crown Awards does not have this option for orders over $500. I was a bit taken aback by this, as it seemed like a norm that should be followed by most companies.

Moreover, the additional character fees appear to be a cheap way for the company to make more money. The budget I had for my awards this year was $500. Unfortunately, the extra $226.72 will come out of my pocket, and I still need to purchase at least four more awards after our final meet. As a high school swim team, we don't have a lot of disposable income, but we try to make sure our outstanding athletes, both performance athletes and those with handicaps such as autism and blindness, are awarded.

I do wish we could award more of our children who joined the team without even knowing how to swim, but financial limitations prevent us from doing so. I can empathize with Crown Awards being a business that needs to make money, but I'm still frustrated with my financial limitations.

I have noticed that perpetual fantasy football trophies are quite common and easy to find, but that is not the case for fantasy baseball. In fact, there are very few options available and none that replicate or even come close to the MLB World Series trophy.

As a result, I decided to piecemeal a perpetual fantasy baseball trophy using Crown Award's crystal baseball trophy, which is the closest thing to the World Series trophy that I could find. However, it has not been easy. I have had to create a box and drill the plates in on my own, and my skills in woodworking are not very professional. To make matters worse, the finished product is super heavy.

I would love if Crown Awards could consider creating a perpetual fantasy baseball trophy that replicates the World Series trophy or something close to it. To me, this would be an instant seller if it was marketed correctly because there is absolutely nothing out there that even comes close to it.

So, I recently gave Crown Awards a try and I gotta say, I was a bit let down by their medal "engraving." On their website, they use the word "engraving" all over the place, but when I received my order, I realized that they didn't really mean it in the traditional sense. See, the message on my medal was printed on a sticker that I then had to stick onto the back of the medal. Not exactly what I had in mind when I heard the word "engraving." The pictures on their website were also quite misleading. They showed a plate being slid onto the medal, which they called a "flexi-plate" but it was really just another sticker.

And while the medal "engraving" wasn't what I expected, the medal itself was still of decent quality.

All things considered, I would give Crown Awards 2 stars. They're not a bad company per se, but they definitely could do a better job of explaining what their medal "engraving" actually entails. But, if you're looking for a decent medal at an affordable price, Crown Awards might still be worth a shot. Just be prepared for some sticker shock, pun intended.

I got this trophy from Crown Awards, and let me tell you, the whole thing was messed up. The thing is, the base - it was cracked, marble base, yeah? I don't know how they did it, but it was, and then they glued it together, which just looked bad, you know? And then they put the engraved plaque on top of that sorry-looking base. The Crown Awards website has some pretty good stuff on it. I definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for medals and other awards and stuff. I ordered some medals recently for my staff - we were having an awards ceremony and I wanted everyone to feel special and all that. The actual medals themselves were really nice, good quality, weighty and all that. But there was one problem - the neck ribbons were a totally different color than what I was expecting.

I ordered the black and gold ribbons, but when I got them, they looked more like black and orange. Like, pumpkin orange. I even had my whole staff look at them and nobody thought they looked gold. So I called up the Crown Awards customer service rep and she was all like, "Yeah, our gold is kind of orangey. Next time you order, you should get yellow if you want a more gold color."

I had to send her a picture of the ribbons and she was like, "Yeah, that's our gold all right." Then she sent me a pic of their dark, burnt orange ribbon and said that's what their actual orange looks like. Definitely did not match the color scheme I was going for at my event.

So I had to go to a local store and buy some new ribbons and fix them up myself. It was really annoying and took extra time and money that I wasn't planning on spending. So just a heads up - if you order the black and gold ribbons from Crown Awards, don't expect them to look like how they do in the pictures!

To be honest, I felt that this was a little tricky, and it made me hesitate to make a big order from your company, considering that you messed up my first order that I had to call you about to request delivery of another. However, I did have the experience of making 3 purchases from your company in 8 days, and they added up to over $500 in total.

If I ever choose to do business with your company again, especially for my agency that consists of over 1000 employees, I would like to know that you will honor the email offers you send in the future. I'd be more than happy to recommend you to other offices if your product is good, that is, if you can ensure that there are no defects with these awards.

At first, I was excited to see that they offered free shipping for orders over $100, which, considering my total was a whopping $599, seemed like a pretty good deal.

I have been using Crown Awards for a while now, but I have recently noticed a decrease in their customer service quality from last year. Previously, I was able to make corrections through emails, but this time around, they insisted I call them and place my order. I had already included a ton of information, which made it easier to submit last year but the customer service representative made a big deal out of my reluctance. Even though I found calling very tedious and unpleasant, she made it seem like I was being ridiculous for not wanting to do so. Although I was given the option to proceed with my choice, the way the lady insisted that it would not be the best option left a sour taste in my mouth.

The main reason I keep using Crown Awards is the convenience that comes with completing everything online. Avoiding calls is usually worth it, considering that phone conversations are often time-consuming and can be very bothersome. However, this time around, the customer service lady was very pushy, which left me feeling very agitated. If this keeps happening, I may consider using another awards company in the future.

Having to go through all this trouble makes me want to take my business elsewhere. Crown Awards really needs to step up their game.

Yo folks, I gotta share my experience with Crown Awards. So, first off, let me say, I had a bit of a rough start with these guys. When I called in to place my order, I got this first lady on the line and she seemed kinda impatient. She was rushin' me through the order process and not explaining things clear enough, like assuming I could see what she was seein' on her screen. But let me tell ya, I just graduated from my Doctorate of Nursing with a 4.0 GPA, so I ain't no dummy. Maybe she was lookin' at a different screen than mine, who knows. Anyway, I did eventually get my order placed, but then we got disconnected or somethin', I'm not sure who actually hung up. So, I called back to get some clarification on a few things and spoke with a second lady who was much more helpful and pleasant to deal with. She was patient and even offered to help me place the order online or over the phone with her assistance. I had wanted to place the order with the first lady in the first place, but she made me do it online. Anyways, the second lady was a breath of fresh air and I appreciate her help. Now, I can't wait to get my hands on the product I ordered from these yahoos. Overall, I'd say Crown Awards is alright, but they can use some work in certain areas.
