I done got myself a subscription with AmazingClubs, trynna keep my mama feelin' good with some fresh flowers comin' in every month. And let me tell ya, them first 4 months had some beautiful bouquets, real stunners. And they even threw in a little info sheet 'bout the flowers, which was pretty cool.
But then we hit month 5 and it was like déjà vu, same dang flowers and bouquets as before. Only thing different was the words on the info sheet, but even that was just some shuffled up paragraphs. Ain't nobody wanna see repeat flowers, we want some variety!
So, I had to call it quits and cancel my subscription. But here's the real kicker, they only gave me a tiny bit of the money I done paid. That ain't right.
I'm really upset about this whole thing, and I ain't recommendin' it to nobody. My buddy tried it too and he's just as unhappy. This club ain't worth it, y'all.

Yo, so I wanted to give y'all some thoughts on this club I got a subscription for - AmazingClubs. I was all stoked for my beer of the month, but then the dang courier they use messed with my flow. See, I work full-time and ain't got all day to be waiting around for deliveries. Everything was all good the next month - I snagged my brews no problem. But then in February, I got hit with the good ol' one-two punch. Without any warning or nothing, that UPS hub rejected my package and sent it right back. What the heck, man?! Now AmazingClubs won't give me my money back, even though I've been trying to holler at them and there's no way for me to actually get my hands on what I paid for.

In fact, we ended up liking it so much that we signed up for another 3 months- this time with one red and one white. We can't wait to see what kind of cool new stuff we're going to try next.

Overall, I gotta say this was a pretty positive experience. I'm really glad I took a chance on Amazing Clubs- it was the perfect gift for my wife.

When I finally took the time to call those guys up, they promised me that they'd re-ship it right away, even throwing in a supervisor's call or email - how fancy! But guess what? So, I burnt up the line again and what did I find out? That the 3 month subscription had been tagged with the reshipment, making me wait even longer! Then, the second month comes around and what do you know? A different tacky courier is delivering my package. The tracking said it was delivered, but it wasn't. Now, this made me lose my cool, but the customer service team was pleasant enough to cancel my subscription and guarantee that I wouldn't be charged for it anymore. However, they weren't able to refund the two payments they'd already got out of me.

Now, I'm still waiting for a supervisor to hit me up and I'll be sure to keep y'all updated on whether they will or not. But let me tell you, I ain't never ordering from these guys again, and I wouldn't recommend them to nobody.

Was I disappointed when I received what seemed like a pre-written, insensitive email from a customer support representative? They just wrote, "Thank you for your email. We do apologize for any dissatisfaction regarding the Flower Club selections. I do see the final shipment of your subscription is March. Once the final shipment is completed, your subscription will automatically expire. We do apologize for any inconveniences."

Wowza! Are you kidding me? This 'Guaranteed Satisfaction" was a hoax? I could not believe that I had to keep throwing away money like this each month until the subscription finally ended in March. What a big NO for me, Amazing Clubs! Guaranteed satisfaction means that if the customer is not happy, you either improve the quality of the product or give a refund.

Simply put, AmazingClubs has missed the mark here. They talk about satisfaction guarantee, yet, customers are left hanging when there is a problem. It is not okay to lead people on about the potential excitement of receiving varied bouquets each month, only to disappoint them time and time again. They need to do better!

Yo, I gotta tell ya, I am NOT a fan of AmazingClubs. I ordered a seasonal wine club for my father-in-law, God rest his soul, and when he passed unexpectedly, I tried to contact these guys to stop the next shipment. So I paid the fee, totally begrudgingly, but now it's been THREE MONTHS and I haven't even received the wine yet. Not to mention, they still haven't refunded me for the last shipment like they said they would. I mean, I get it, things happen, but not even an ounce of sympathy or kindness from these folks. They really are a despicable company.

I'm giving them a one-star rating, and honestly, that's being more generous than they deserve. Don't waste your time or money with these clowns, folks.

The first significant issue was the high proportion of sours we received, with four cans out of the twelve each month being sour. Sours are not everyone’s cup of tea, especially in the depths of winter. It seems like leftover stock from summer inventory at breweries. Another problem is that, with the cost of $5 per can, I expected tallboys, but that wasn't the case.

The delivery service is the biggest issue I encountered. If you happen to be living in a colder climate, like I do, be aware that they will not leave the parcel on your doorstep like what Amazon is doing. In below-freezing weather, your parcel will freeze, which is reasonable. The problem is, if no one is there to receive it, the parcel will be rerouted to the local CanPar depot. CanPar has limited hours for pickup, and if you can't make it there within five days, it will be sent back, and you will be charged an additional $30 for delivery, which boils down to another $2.50 per can. That's outrageous!

We contacted customer support, hoping to keep the beer and refund the month's fees, but the response we got boiled down to "tough luck." The purchase agreement stated that delivery issues were our responsibility, and they were unwilling to help. Hence, they have our $60 and the beer. I'd rather not pay $90 for 12 cans of beer from last summer, so they can keep it all.

If you're considering AmazingClubs as a gift, beware- it's more trouble for the recipient than it's worth. You're better off gifting a certificate to their favorite brewery or creating a gift basket yourself from your local LCBO. So I wait a full month, during which I'm bombarded with daily "special offer" emails, but don't hear so much as a peep from AmazingClubs support. Which is when I decide enough is enough and reach out again, this time asking what happened to their "They'll Love It!" guarantee.

And what do they respond with? A vague reference to their terms and conditions, in which they basically say they can't guarantee individual taste preferences. Great. So I guess that "They'll Love It!" guarantee is more like a "They'll Deal With It!" guarantee, huh?

But the fact that they use an aggressive "begun processing" date to limit refunds and their "They'll Love It!" guarantee doesn't actually guarantee anything kind of rubs me the wrong way. So just keep that in mind if you decide to order from them.
