This company took over my current apartment complex called Crest at Las Colinas. The internet service is forced $90 a month and right now my roommate and I can't get a basic Ethernet connection to do our jobs from home. We lost hours of pay already and contacted the apartment and internet provider multiple times. If me or my roommate loss our jobs because of this, legal action will be swift and harsh. I'm gonna print a flyer using Crest printer and inc and telling each resident to leave a review also. Please deliver the resident experience you boast about giving.

I gotta say, my experience with Draper and Kramer, Inc. was not the best. I talked to some lady named *** who's supposed to be in charge of my apartment building's maintenance. I told her I needed some painting done in my crib and she said they could do it the next day while I was at work. When I got back, the paint job was whack and they even messed up my TV stand. That thing's worth a pretty penny, too. Not cool, man.

I picked Draper Kramer to renew my lease on July 18. They said I could renew for 10 months at $1,906 a month. They sent me an email the next day to sign the lease, but it wasn't there when I checked. I asked for help and they said there was a problem with the system. They said the rate they gave me wasn't right and now they want to charge me almost $350 more a month. They should keep their word and give me the rate they promised.

At Hubbard 221, I had a tough time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I lost my job and had to leave the country for a family emergency. Unfortunately, I couldn't return to the US due to the Presidential proclamation on Non-citizens. However, Draper and Kramer, Incorporated were very understanding and helpful during this tough time. They agreed to waive off my rent for April-July and other charges like water. I filled out the forms for the same and even reached out to government agencies for relief, but it didn't work out. As things didn't improve in July, I decided to hand over the keys and the space in perfect condition. But now, I have a collection on my credit score, which is hindering my future.
