My name is Sriharsha Viyyala. We purchased a plot with Sandstone at Rudraram in 2019. We were told that the registration will be done in the next couple of months when we signed the sale agreement and paid the money. It has been 3.5 years. We did not get any clear answers. Tired of running around their offices to meet the MD. We are middle class people trying to secure our lives. If you have other plans please be upfront and don’t play with our mental health. We were not able to reach Mr. Chandrasekhar garu. And when I searched Dharani portal it shows the land is registered to some other company called Balaji infra. I don’t know when I was not made aware of it. Can I call it fraud ? Hoping to meet him soon and to discuss about our concerns. I am hoping I would atleast get some answers here atleast when try to defend your company.

We a group of 4 people have purchased plots in spring city project at Sultanpur and paid 25% towards booking amount.

Agreements have been made to pay the rest at the time of registration. It's been more than 3 years and are still waiting for registration bro happen

Owner doesn't respond to calls or is not avat in office to discuss.

Hi i have purchase a plot in Paradise Mokila 1 in February 2018. I have been following up with the office but till date final approval from HMDA is pending. I request Sandstone Infra to look into the same and see that the final approval is received immediately

The Management is not having any Ethics. When I went to purchase a plot in the year 2018 feb they took advance one lakh next day just after showing the open land in Isnapur saying that within three months they will LP number for the plots of that land. The Management Incharge started calling me over phone continuously to pay the 50% of the total value to the plot to provide the Agreement, tortured me like any thing to give the amount for providing Agreement, I bought the loan and barrowed some amout from my friends and paid the 50% of the Total value and got the Agreement saying, they will get HMDA permission by June 2018. and they will do the registration of land by July 2018. I am following up with them every month for the registration of land. Every time when ever I call they simply postpone the schedule saying it will be done within 3 months, I went to office 2 to 3 times they simply try to ignore and tell HMDA approval is in process. I got irritated with their attitude and requested to return my amount. They said I have to go to head office and finalise the issue with their MD Mr. Chandra Shekar Reddy. Then duing March 2020 I went to their Head office with Agreement documents, I have not been allowed to talk to the Management instead I made to sit at Reception and they sent one PRO, who tried to push me out of office saying that there will be no plot registration with respect to their Sand Stone Square Isnapur venture as the land is in dispute. Still I am trying to get my amount back but they are ready to attack the persons who visit their office. Such a worst Mangement they are maintaining Rowdies as their PRO and attacking the customers who are trying to get back their Amount.

I booked plot in sandstone square last year. Till now no update for LP number. Still land has problem land not registered on company name. Keep saying will LP number will get in 2 months. It's one of the fraud developers in Hyderabad. My relatives purchased plot in sulthanpur venture. Around 2 they took to get LP number. Now they are demanding more amount then agreement. No ethics no morals. Instead of cheating people like this close the company sit at home. Don't play with middle class people.

Hi Team, I want to raise a complaint with full details and proofs against sandstone infra. Recently i thought of booking a plot luckily got droped by looking at sandstone reviews and personally met some people who were cheated.

Customer was in a deep trouble that the company cheated him taking 9L advance money and company MD chandrashekar asked him to pay more money. When customer refused he said your plot is sold to someone else and do whatever you want to do.

Do not book plots in Sandstone infra.

The farm plots being sold by Sandstone Infra by the name of Spring Fields Farm Land at Shamshabad doesn't have clear title, it is on occupied land with fabricated documents and no permissions. Anyone purchasing the land will face problems, it is better to avoid getting into legal tangles.

Anyone wanting to purchase, please verify the documents from MRO office, Shamshabad and find out the truth.

Hi, I(Ravi Kumar Kyathika) have purchased a plot from Sandstone Infra in June'2013 and made an agreement between us. Plot located in Mokila, Hyderabad, Project name: sandstone paradise Phase-1. They said it's a HMDA approved layout and they will build all the infrastructure like roads, electricity, drainage and compound wall etc and will get the approval in 2-3 months. For getting HMDA approval we waited till Aug'2014 then we paid the full amount and got it registered on my name in Aug'2014. Later we waited for another 6 months then they started some work at the site for few days, nothing changed, finally they stopped. Till today(29/12/2016), it's the same site, no development, in fact there are no stones with the plot numbers. We don't know what we should. I spoke to Mr. Chandra Shekar Reddy(MD) wife few days ago, she said they will do the development work in January 2017 but I suspect that. If you have any authority please do the needful and do the justice. Thank you!
