The property manager at A.G. Properties is not very professional. She said some pretty rude things to me when I asked about the mice and roaches in my apartment. I've been reporting the roaches since my first night, and it's been two weeks now. I wasn't being rude or anything, just asking nicely. Bugs happen, you know? But she was really nasty to me. She never follows up on emails and treats people like they're garbage. I wouldn't recommend signing a lease with her. It makes A.G. Properties seem like a scam.

I gotta say, A.G. Properties ain't it. The property manager, or whatever you wanna call her, is straight up rude. I applied for a roommate on May 18th and they finally got approved on June 4th, but when I asked for it in writing, she ignored me. So I went to the office to get some decals for our cars and to ask for her boss's info, but she said I could just wait at home all day. Like, what? Then my roommate goes to get his sticker and she tells him he's not approved yet. This is some messed up business, man. We just wanna live in peace and pay our rent on time, but this lady keeps playing games.

These guys got bed bugs in the flats and won't get rid of them and wants us all to pay for it. My fam and I are getting bit up by bed bugs at this place and the boss don't care and they keep sending letters complaining about things blocking hallways in front of our door but we just got 2 small chairs like everyone else in the place, we got a 4 month old baby and he's getting bit by these bugs and the law says they gotta come spray and we want the bugging letters to stop.

This biz wants us to get rid of our chairs n table by our door but everyone else in the place can have theirs, they r discriminating. The apt manager keeps leaving us notes w photos to get rid of our small table n chairs but no one else in the whole apt complex gets those letters to get rid of theirs, they also send us photos of things around us that isn't even ours n says we r breaking the lease agreement w having things left outside n it's not even our stuff, so instead of asking us they accuse us so much n harass us constantly for 2 years now almost n it is discriminatory n not right n should stop, n when I try to get them on the phone they never want to talk about anything. They also accuse us of smoke by our door when my husband had to walk w an ashtray by the parking road to smoke n leaves the ashtray by the door n they say we r smoking by the door without any proof! A lot of people smoke by thier doors n have table chairs n so on n so why r we being discriminated against? This needs to stop. Pls help thank you. The office lady is not nice, she tries to scare people who ask questions. My mom lived in another apartment from the same company, but now she lives with me and they won't give her back her deposit. They won't let her be on the lease either. My son has lived here since 2012, but they won't let him park his truck here anymore. The building has some problems like the stairs and the banner on the second floor. There's also water dripping from the building and the water inside smells bad. They won't let me come to the office and I can't pay rent online. Other people are being mean to me because they think I got their cars towed. The office lady says she can decide who gets to park extra cars. When I asked about the lease, she got mad and said to move if I don't like it.
