This company Stole my mobile home and my belongings. They lied to a judge. I wasn't allowed to move my property my the property manager. Cindy Keeble. Even after I had the paperwork to do so by their attorney. Matt Bobo. I came their with the law. Cindy told them she threw out all my stuff. And can't remove anything.I have pictures video and recordings of all this lady did. She even went as far as saying we were stalking her. Me and another renter that lives there. Both had to go to court . The judge told her this man is trying to get his belongings back . Told me this is going to be a civil case. From what she did to me. This women threw out things that can't be replaced. She went in my home no more than 20 minutes after I was forced to leave and loaded up her truck with 4 televisions. Food and liquor. Sick.

Desired outcome: Pay me for what was taking illegally from me fire this Cindy Keeble.

I waited and waited and did not hear anything from anyone so I continue to email the manager of the office for any kind of response. She told me they do not make the decision that Amrent is the one that makes the decision whether I am able to qualify or not...

Cobblestone Property Management is not a good company. I always paid my rent on time and when I moved out, I cleaned the place really well. But they still charged me for carpet cleaning, regular cleaning, and lightbulb replacement. That's okay, but then they told me I had to pay for 3 more months because of a mistake from the previous rental company. I asked if I could recommend a friend to move in, but they said no because there were 9 other applicants. But when I called later, they said they still hadn't filled the apartment. I paid for another month, but then they renovated the unit while I was still paying for it. They ignored my claims about a broken A/C unit for 2 years. The receptionist said she would call me if they hadn't filled the unit, but she didn't. Now I got a collection letter for the amount due.
