Ascend Property Management very helpful

I recently had a few questions about property management services, and everyone I spoke to at their office was so helpful and polite. I didn't really know much about it, but everyone was very patient and helped me understand everything I need to know about hiring a property manager for my home. My house is in great hands with ascend!

i’ve lived in a lot of rentals, but my experience with ascend has easily been the BEST. my AC went out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer (in bakersfield RIP). As of today I stand CORRECTED and have to eat my words, from my frustration I have a moment of clarity as Ascend pretty much catered to me to get me in a place. They got me in a place in 2hours from talking to Stephanie as I was not the most enthused tenant they made it pivotal point to get me in a place today being the previous apartment was not available...

The communication is zero, this business is like a house of devil and makes tenants guilty of nothing. To do Property Management, you need a degree in business, communications, and social activities. This business needs to close the doors.

Ascend Property Management I lived in my house for 7 years, but once Ascend Property Management, Inc

I lived in my house for 7 years, but once Ascend Property Management, Inc. took over, the issues began. For the past 50 days, I have been consistently requesting repairs for the hot water and the holes in the wall. The workers from Ascend attempted to install a new electric water heater, but unfortunately, it didn't solve the problem. Instead of fixing anything, they simply gave me a 60-day notice to vacate the premises.

Ascend Property Management Leekin roof

Leekin roof. So much water leakin into my kitchen. Roof ain't good no more. Livin here is dangerous. Can't find the owner nowhere.

Review:
I gotta say, this place ain't good. The roof is leakin like crazy, floodin my kitchen with a ton of water. It's a real hazard, ya know? The roof ain't holdin up like it should, and it's compromisin the whole place. And let me tell ya, tryin to find the owner is like tryin to find a needle in a haystack. They're nowhere to be found. It's a real mess, I tell ya.

Ascend Property Management I recently rented an apartment from this place

I recently rented an apartment from this place. I put my 30 days in like I was supposed to. I moved out and upon moving out I kept detailed pics, information that was exchanged via email, and screenshots of my online acct with them. They tried to charge me $415 more on top of my $1,100 deposit that I had put down. I requested all receipts showing cost, labor paid, and companies used and their contact info. They had 14 days to reply and they did not send any proof showing valid information and reason for such costs. They have deleted my online acct with them. I have screenshots showing one day I owe $375 more due to "repairs" then after questioning them my balance changes to owing them $415 more. We go back and forth (I have all emails to prove their dishonesty) I ask to see all receipts. They did not show me receipts in the allotted time by law. Now they will not return or answer any of my calls/emails. I am requesting my full deposit back $1,100. Also on the itemized list that they gave me it states they inspected my unit on 8/1. That is a lie. My last day was 8/1 we left that afternoon and it was on a Sat. Their office is closed on Saturday. This company never once stepped foot on the property the entire 2 yrs I lived there. They also tried to pull this same thing on 2 other tenants! Because they tried claiming not only my security deposit but plus more it was in bad faith and by law if they cannot prove costs which they didn't , I am entitled to my security deposit back. I have all emails to prove what I am saying. This company is posing as a real estate company but not all leasing agents have a license. Please investigate. They are crooked as they come and now they are trying to hide because I caught them.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Ascend Real Estate! Their property management is truly on point. The properties they manage are well kept and maintained properly. Their professionalism and responsiveness are also top tier, Definitely a good rental company.
