I stayed at Oakridge Properties for a while and I gotta say, the property manager was a real piece of work. They were so unprofessional and seemed completely clueless about their job. The management of the place was just terrible, everything was poorly managed and it showed. On top of that, the manager was disrespectful and didn't seem to care about the tenants at all.

One thing that really bothered me was the environmental hazards around the property. There were issues with mold and other things that made it really uncomfortable to live there. It's like they didn't even bother to properly maintain the place.

Another thing that really irked me was the favoritism that was going on. It was clear that some tenants were getting special treatment while others were left to fend for themselves. It just created a toxic and unfair environment.

And let's not forget about the backstabbing that was happening behind the scenes. It seemed like everyone was out for themselves and would do anything to get ahead, even if it meant throwing others under the bus. It was a really unpleasant atmosphere to be in.

Overall, my experience at Oakridge Properties was far from pleasant. The property manager was unprofessional and unaware, the management was poor, there were environmental hazards, favoritism, and backstabbing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I got this lease thing on my credit report from Oakridge Properties, and they're saying I owe them money, but I don't even live there, you know? I've called them a bunch of times to fix it, but they keep saying they don't have my info and promise to call me back. This has happened like three times already. They won't take anything off my credit report and don't know why it's there or even have my info in their system from when I was there. My name is ***, used to be ***.

I got a realtor who I told about black mold multiple times. They've been avoiding my calls and making excuses for not answering or coming over. Maintenance was supposed to come on 10/7 at 9am but never showed. Later that day, my realtor said she'd call me on Monday 10/10 after 11am. She never did. I even saw her outside my apartment that day, talking to other women about cleaning an empty apartment to get someone in there. She didn't say anything to me then. They said they'd take this "more serious" after I mentioned getting a lawyer, but they haven't done anything. There's been a hole in my ceiling for 4 years and I've submitted many work orders, but nothing is being done. My animals and I are having health issues because of this. I have pictures and dates of when I called and the dates they said they'd come, but they never showed up.

I'll try my best to sum up a 3-month issue with Chardonnay Apartments. Since early June, I've been dealing with a noisy neighbor problem. The previous manager promised to resolve it, but nothing happened. I had no issues with the person above me before, but ever since the new residents arrived, the noise has been unbearable. According to our lease, residents should receive a verbal warning, then a written warning, and finally a 30-day notice if the noise continues. The previous manager gave multiple verbal warnings for noise and the resident's guests, who have overstayed their welcome for at least 2 months. However, after the manager changed, I couldn't get a response from the new management. I visited the office in August to express my concerns, but nothing has changed. I've been trying to contact the manager at Oak Ridge Properties for a week now, but they seem to be avoiding me. It's frustrating to deal with constant noise without any consequences for the resident and their guests. On top of that, I've had a maintenance order since July 17th, and despite assurances from the new management, it hasn't been addressed. I've sent multiple emails through our app, but haven't received any replies. I even had to call public safety as a last resort. I have plenty of evidence, including emails and documentation of the noise, to show the reality of this situation.
