DPD UK review: Not even my parcel!!

There was a delivery made today 01/11/26. It was meant for my neighbour at 26 B21 0EA. However, your driver banged off my door. I opened my bedroom window to see who it was. He started shouting at me, "You know you have delivery today. Come and get it. You had a whatsapp message! I came downstairs to open the door. I told him, I am not expecting any delivery today. He carried on taking photos and walked off. muttering something under his breath. I shouted back to him asking what did he say, he then said,"I leave my van in the middle of the road, for your delivery!. Then he drove off.

The parcel was not even for me, it was next door. He was very very rude and the whole experience left me shaking!
