DPD UK review: Driver od wr22uxo

your driver has been asked on several occasions to deliver parcels to our reception as we have several businesses on site, he refuses to do this and just chucks the parcels on to the floor in random places, without telling anyone, regardless of the weather ,i have been polite in directing him to reception and just receive abuse for my troubles, he is delivering about 300 meters from us ,but apparently his gps tells him its somewhere else, google maps has the correct location on it. his precise words were, "my gps tells me its here so that's where its [censored]ing going"
he was supposed to be delivering to solexium, ts66us. at13:50
as i have said he has been asked on several occasions to deliver to reception where all parcels are handled, he now sneaks in and dumps parcels in different places just to be awkward.
he is a white male unshaven grey/ginger slim about 5 foot 6" driving a white transit van reg number WR22UXO,could you please inform your driver he is giving your company a very bad name
