[Resolved] DoorFront Direct — hgtv magazine
I am not getting my magazines. I did not receive my Sept or Oct magazines. Please send to address by only USMail to receive in my mailbox. I spoke to the HGTV Customer Service and they advised me to file a complaint and change delivery method. Please do so immediately. I'm paying for a product and not able to enjoy. Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
