LMPerformance LMPerformance Review: Terrible Customer Service and False Advertising

I recently made a purchase from LMPerformance for a cold air intake for my c7 zo6. I was excited to receive my order and eagerly awaited its arrival. However, my experience with LMPerformance was not a pleasant one.

Firstly, they took the money from my account immediately, which I found a bit odd. I checked their website, but there was no mention of any back order or wait time. After a week had passed, I decided to email them to check on the status of my order. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response from them. I tried emailing them again and again, but still no response.

After two weeks had passed, I decided to call them several times. However, I was not able to get through to anyone. I left a message, but still no response. I was getting frustrated and decided to leave an ugly message. Finally, someone named Lexi called me back. She accused me of not calling and told me that it said on their website that it would take 14-21 days for my order to arrive. However, I knew for a fact that it did not say that on their website. I felt like I was being called a liar, which made me very angry. I requested a refund and told her to $#*! off.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with LMPerformance. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for car parts, I suggest you find a different supplier. The other reviews speak for themselves. If I could give them no stars, I would.

LMPerformance LMPerformance Review: Poor Communication, Rude Support, and Biased Review System

I am not happy with my experience with LMPerformance. It's been three weeks since I placed my order and it still hasn't shipped. I reached out to their support team and they were not very helpful or friendly. They told me that they are hoping to have it shipped out in three days, which would be almost a month after I placed my order. This is not acceptable.

I also noticed that LMPerformance doesn't allow customers to leave reviews on their website. Instead, they use a third-party review system that seems to be biased in their favor. I tried to upload a proof of purchase to leave a review, but the website kept breaking. It's frustrating that I can't even leave an honest review about my experience.

Overall, I don't think LMPerformance is an honest or transparent company. Their communication is poor, their support team is rude, and their review system seems to be a scam. I would not recommend shopping with them. There are plenty of other options out there that are more reliable and trustworthy.

LMPerformance Disappointing Experience with LM Performance: Only One Piston Received Despite Ordering Set of 5

I gotta say, I had a pretty disappointing experience with LM Performance. I was in need of a piston and ring set for my 5 cylinder Dodge Sprinter, so I decided to give them a shot. I placed my order on August 19th, and their website and my receipt both clearly stated that it was a "Set of 5". Now, to me, that means 5 pistons and 5 ring sets. And the price I paid was consistent with that assumption.

But when my package arrived on August 24th, I was pretty shocked to find that there was only one (1) piston with rings inside. I mean, what the heck? I tried to contact someone at LM Performance to let them know what was going on, but every time I called, I just got stuck listening to pre-recorded messages. I left a bunch of messages, but no one ever got back to me. And when I sent emails, I didn't get any response either. I even tried emailing their customer service rep, Alex Santiago, multiple times to explain my situation, but still nothing.

Finally, I got an email from Alex yesterday evening (August 3rd). I'm really hoping that they'll give me a complete refund and a return shipping label, because this whole experience has been a real headache. I mean, I get that mistakes happen, but the fact that it's been so hard to get in touch with anyone at LM Performance to resolve this issue is pretty frustrating. I'm just hoping that they'll make things right and get me the parts I need.

LMPerformance Mixed Experience with LMPerformance: Positive Delivery Time, Negative Communication and Delays

I recently purchased a rebuild kit for my 97 Nissan truck from LMPerformance and I was pleased with the delivery time, which was within two weeks. However, I recently ordered a clutch from them and it's been almost two months now and it still hasn't shipped. It's frustrating because it takes 3-4 days to get a response on the status and they miss a lot of calls. When I do get a response, they don't really provide any solutions or answers to my questions. I feel like they talk down to me and avoid my questions. It seems like they hope I forget about my order so they don't have to ship it. I'm going to wait it out until I receive my clutch, but I won't be ordering from them again.

My advice to others is to be cautious when ordering from LMPerformance. While my first experience was positive, my second experience has been disappointing. It's important to consider the potential for delays and lack of communication when ordering from them.

Update: I was surprised to receive an email from LMPerformance asking me to change my review within two hours of posting it. They didn't mention anything about my order, which I found strange and unprofessional. As a result, I'm lowering my rating of LMPerformance.

LMPerformance Terrible Experience with lmperformance.com: Hood Arrived Damaged and Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased a new hood from lmperformance.com to replace my old one that had a few dents. Unfortunately, the hood arrived three months later and the box was in terrible condition, as if it had been through a warzone. When the delivery guy arrived, he had already opened the box for me, which was quite disappointing. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the hood was cracked. I immediately contacted the company and they took pictures and filed a claim.

I then reached out to lmperformance.com and was told that in order to receive any assistance, I needed to provide pictures of everything, which I understood. However, the representative then proceeded to tell me that I needed to obtain a legitimate estimate of the damage in order to continue with the process. I couldn't believe it! How could they expect me to go out of my way and spend more money just to get an estimate and send it back to them? It was ridiculous!

I strongly advise against ordering anything from this website. Spend a little extra and purchase from a legitimate source. This place is a complete scam and the people working here are not helpful at all. It's a shame that I had to go through this experience, but I hope that my review will help others avoid the same situation.

LMPerformance Mixed Experience with LMPerformance: Great Selection, Poor Customer Service

So, I recently had an experience with LMPerformance that I just had to share. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best experience, but I'll get to that in a minute. First, let me tell you a little bit about LMPerformance.

LMPerformance is an online retailer that specializes in aftermarket car parts. They offer a wide range of products, from exhaust systems to suspension kits to performance chips. They have a great selection of parts for a variety of makes and models, so you're sure to find what you're looking for.

Now, onto my experience. I ordered a radiator from LMPerformance for my Corvette, but unfortunately, they sent me the wrong one. I was pretty frustrated, but I figured it was just a mistake and that they would fix it quickly. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

I tried to get in touch with LMPerformance to get a prepaid label to return the radiator, but I had a lot of trouble getting a response. I had to get PayPal involved just to get them to generate the label. It turns out that the incorrect radiator was drop shipped by Max Performance, which is not entirely LMPerformance's fault, but it was still frustrating.

I returned the radiator to Max Performance, but I still hadn't heard anything from LMPerformance about when I could expect to receive the correct radiator. I tried emailing their support team, but I didn't get any response at all. I was starting to get really frustrated at this point.

I had pretty much given up on LMPerformance when I received a phone call from them. Unfortunately, I missed the call and it went to voicemail, but the message indicated that they were going to do something to finally resolve my issue. I was cautiously optimistic at this point.

Overall, I have to say that my experience with LMPerformance was pretty frustrating. They have over $300 of my money, and I still don't have the correct radiator. However, I do appreciate that they are trying to resolve the issue, and I hope that they will be able to do so soon.

One thing that I think LMPerformance could improve on is their drop shipping procedures. If they are going to drop ship from other manufacturers, they need to have a procedure in place to ensure that everything goes smoothly. I had no problems when I ordered a Pypes exhaust from them, which was also drop shipped, so I know that it's possible for them to do it right.

In conclusion, while my experience with LMPerformance wasn't great, I do think that they have a good selection of parts and that they are trying to do the right thing. I would recommend them with some reservations, and I hope that they will continue to improve their processes so that other customers don't have the same issues that I did.

However, LMPerformance was not willing to accept responsibility for promoting a product that did not fit my vehicle. Instead, they kept directing me to the manufacturer, who was also unhelpful because the product had already been attempted to be installed.

I was left feeling confused and disappointed. How was I supposed to know that the product would not fit without attempting to install it? I trusted LMPerformance's website and their claim that the product would fit my vehicle. It was not a case of "buyer's remorse," as they labeled my return. It was simply a matter of them promoting a product that did not live up to their claims.

I wish LMPerformance would have stepped up and recognized their error in promoting a product that did not fit my vehicle. It would have been the right thing to do to refund my money. Instead, they kept trying to point me in the direction of the manufacturer, leaving me frustrated and out $300.

LMPerformance Terrible Experience with LMPerformance: Corsa Exhaust Review

I recently purchased a Corsa Sport to Extreme exhaust with active valves from LMPerformance and I must say, it was a pretty terrible experience. Once they took my money, they didn't seem to care about my concerns or issues with the product I had purchased from their website.

Firstly, I tried to cancel and return the exhaust, but they tried to charge me a stock fee of at least 10% and a late shipment fee. After some back and forth, they refunded me $150 just to get me to remove a bad review I had left.

When I finally received the exhaust, I was disappointed to find that the box was damaged and some of the parts were also damaged. When I asked about the warranty, they told me I had to fill out a form, but they were not very helpful and even insulted me when I asked for more information. They said things like "I shouldn't have to tie your shoes for you."

Overall, I would not recommend buying anything from LMPerformance. It's just not worth the hassle. Instead, I suggest going to Corsa's main website or American Muscle. They have great customer service and will take returns without any problems. Plus, if you have any issues, they will refund you and even give you extra store credit.

LMPerformance LMPerformance Review: Delayed Shipping, Wrong Parts, and Poor Communication

I recently made a purchase from LMPerformance and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered a Spec flywheel from their website and was disappointed to find out that it was not in stock. Instead, they had it shipped directly from the manufacturer to my home. This process took almost a month, which was longer than I had anticipated.

When the flywheel finally arrived, I was disappointed to find out that it had the wrong dowel pins. It was pinned for a stock clutch and not the 10mm dowels of a Spec clutch, which was what I had ordered. I immediately contacted LMPerformance to inquire about why this had happened and if they could send me new 10mm dowel pins to put in the flywheel. However, they seemed puzzled by my request and asked me to send pictures of my setup and part numbers.

After a week of going back and forth with LMPerformance, I decided to reach out to SPEC customer service directly. They were quick to respond and sent me new dowels within two days. I had a shop install them and thought that the issue was resolved.

However, almost two weeks later, LMPerformance contacted me again and asked for even more pictures of my flywheel and clutch combination. I was frustrated by this point and told them that the issue had already been resolved with SPEC. I even sent them the bill from the shop where I had the new dowels installed and asked for a refund of the $30 labor cost. However, their response was not what I had hoped for. They claimed that if a different part number was shipped, it was on SPEC and not them. This was confusing to me since I had ordered from LMPerformance and not directly from SPEC.

Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience with LMPerformance. The delay in shipping, the wrong dowel pins, and the lack of communication left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be ordering from them again and would advise others to be cautious when making a purchase from their website.

So, I bought a part from LMPerformance, and it said it would fit my car, but it didn't. And to make things worse, they sent me a different product than what was pictured on their website. LMPerformance Mixed Experience with LMPerformance Kit for 2017 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab

I recently purchased a kit from LMPerformance for my 2017 Silverado 1500 crew cab. While I was excited to install it, I ran into a few issues that I wasn't expecting. Firstly, the kit was not long enough to fit my truck, so I had to ask a friend to take me to get an extension. LMPerformance LMPerformance Review: Poor Customer Service and Stock Issues

Yo, I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with LMPerformance. I mean, I ain't no grammar expert or nothin', but I wish I had seen the other reviews before I ordered from them. I ordered a part and didn't find out until after I paid that it wasn't even in stock! And then when I tried to reach out to them via email, I got no response. And don't even get me started on the phone customer service. They were downright rude to me!

But, I gotta give credit where credit is due. They did refund my payment within three days after I cancelled the order. So, I guess that's why I'm giving them two stars instead of one.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend LMPerformance to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle and headache.

LMPerformance LMPerformance Review: Terrible Customer Service and Long Delays for Car Parts

LMPerformance is a website that sells car parts and accessories. My wife got me a N1 Catback from them in May 2021, but I still haven't received it. Every time I get an update, it's just them blaming the manufacturer for the delay. It's been so long that I forgot about the product until I got another update today. It's really frustrating because when I call them, they never answer. I'm starting to worry that I won't get my refund and I might have to dispute it with my bank. Overall, my experience with LMPerformance has been really poor. Their customer service is terrible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

LMPerformance LMPerformance Review: Good Product, Poor Customer Service

My experience with LMPerformance was not great. I ordered the QTEC cutouts with the optional wireless remote control and turn down pipes. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, the wireless remote and turn down pipes were missing. I was disappointed and frustrated, so I called the company to inquire about the missing items.

To my surprise, I was met with a very rude lady on the phone who yelled at me and told me that I should have called them before placing my order. I was taken aback by her attitude and felt disrespected as a customer. I hope that this is not indicative of how LMPerformance runs their business or treats their customers.

Despite this negative experience, I must say that the QTEC cutouts themselves are of good quality and work well. I am pleased with the product, but disappointed with the customer service I received. I hope that LMPerformance can improve their customer service and treat their customers with more respect and professionalism in the future.

LMPerformance Mixed Experience with LMperformance: Good Service, Bad Shipping

Lm performance was pretty good to work with, gotta say. But let me tell you, their shippers are a real pain in the you-know-what. So, get this: they were supposed to give me a heads up an hour before they dropped off my package, so my fiancee could keep an eye out for it and make sure everything was A-OK. See, I live in a basement apartment, so it's not like they could just leave it at the door or anything. But guess what? They didn't call! Even though the bill of lading had my correct number and everything. So what happened? They delivered it to my landlord upstairs, who had no idea that it needed to be inspected. And guess what else? It was damaged! Now I'm stuck paying 200 bucks to fix my brand new hood. Ugh. So yeah, LMperformance is alright, but their shippers need to get their act together.

LMPerformance Disappointing Experience with LMPerformance: Broken Tail Lights and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from LMPerformance, an online car parts store, for a set of tail lights to replace my old, cracked ones. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been less than satisfactory.

When I received the first set of tail lights, I was disappointed to find that they were broken. I promptly sent them back and waited for a replacement. However, it took a whopping 6 weeks for the replacement to arrive, during which time I was driving around with a broken tail light. This resulted in me receiving a ticket from the police, which was an unnecessary expense and inconvenience.

To my dismay, the second set of tail lights arrived broken as well. When I contacted LMPerformance about this issue, they told me that there was nothing they could do except offer me a $100 credit on the $250 tail lights. This meant that I would still be out $150 after almost 5 months of waiting for the parts I needed.

I am extremely disappointed with LMPerformance's lack of customer service and unwillingness to make things right. It's frustrating to spend so much time and money on a product that doesn't even work properly. I would caution anyone considering purchasing from this company to think twice before doing so.

LMPerformance Disappointing Experience with LMPerformance: Lack of Communication and Transparency

So, my experience with LMPerformance has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. My wife ordered me a N1 Invidia cat back for my birthday back in May, and we were both excited to receive it. However, it's been almost a month now, and we still haven't received any updates on when it will be shipped. My wife got a printout receipt, but no tracking number, and we're starting to lose hope.

To make matters worse, we recently received an update that it could take 2-3 months before our package is shipped due to the manufacturer. It's now June 15th, and we're not sure if we should continue waiting or just get a refund. We're worried that their customer service won't be helpful since they don't seem to pick up phone calls, as they've posted.

Overall, I'm disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency from LMPerformance. LMPerformance Disappointing Customer Service Experience with lmperformance.com

I placed an order on lmperformance.com about a week and a half ago, but I'm still waiting for a legitimate tracking number. I've tried reaching out to them through emails and Instagram messages, but I haven't received any response from them. The only thing I got was an automated response saying that my order has been shipped, but there's still no tracking information available.

What's even more frustrating is that they charged my card upon my order, but I haven't heard anything from them since. It's like they took my money and disappeared. I'm really disappointed with their customer service, or lack thereof. I mean, if they can't even respond to my messages and let me know what's going on, what else can I do but to file a fraud case with my credit card company?

I did some research and found that they have glowing reviews on every page of their website. However, I couldn't find anywhere that I can leave a review there. It's like they're hiding something. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that they use a 3rd party to handle their reviews. There's no link for you to add a review, which is pretty shady if you ask me.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with lmperformance.com. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, especially if you're looking for good customer service. It's a shame because they have a lot of products that I'm interested in, but I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
