I have been ordering from Boogzel for years now, and last time I had some troubles with a pissing parcel/wrong items sent. Customer service sorted this issue for me and were really kind and understanding with my frustration

It took them more than 24 hours (sometimes even more than 48 hours) to respond to my emails. And when they did, it was just a bunch of back and forth asking me for pictures and more information.

After I provided them with all the information they asked for, they finally told me that before they could issue me a refund or exchange, I had to pay for international shipping to send the shoes to an address in France! What? I thought they were based in California? And to make matters worse, they said they would only issue the refund or exchange after they received the shoes. Yeah, right! Like I'm going to trust them with that.

Overall, I would not recommend this company. Their customer service is slow and unhelpful, and they don't seem to care about their customers. Now, according to their website, they offer refunds for returned items. So, on July 5th, 2022, I requested return shipping information. They finally got back to me on July 6th, 2022 and I shipped the items back to the address listed in France via US Post Office Tracking No. CH***US on July 7th, 2022. On July 10th, 2022, Boogzel Apparel asked for information on the package, so I provided pictures of the customs paperwork, pictures of the box and the label, and also provided the tracking number.

The package was received at the "collection point for pick up" in France on July 23rd, 2022, but when I contacted them on July 26th, 2022 to see if they had received it, I got no response. I tried again on July 29th, 2022 and still no response. Finally, on August 8th, 2022, they replied and said a customer service manager would contact me within 48 hours. But it wasn't until August 15th, 2022 that I heard back from them again, and even then, they just said that my order had been successfully delivered. Like, what does that have to do with my return and refund?

I responded on August 16th, 2022 and asked for confirmation that they had received the package and for an update on my refund. But guess what? They still haven't responded. So, on August 18th, 2022, I sent another message telling them that I had made numerous attempts to resolve the situation and that I would be filing a dispute with PayPal. And you know what? I checked the USPS tracking tool and the package is still "awaiting collection at the pick up point."

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Boogzel Apparel to anyone. They're just not worth the hassle.
