DonnaplayUnauthorized registration, charge to cancel

I did not complete the Donnaplay registration. I did get as far as entering my credit card info, but then went back a page and removed all the data. I was still given a "30 day ree trial" and advised my card would be charged $37 to renew if I did not cancel. I found their website and tried to cancel whatever it was they thought I had. To get "express" cancellation cost $0.99. That moved me to the top of the list. The implication being if I didn't pay $0.99 they might not get around to cancelling me until after the $37 cha

    I've never even heard of this 'Donnaplay' crap and I just found out today that they've taken money out of my account on June 18th. I would like to get a refund back because this is ridiculous. How did they even get money from me when I never used my card for anything 'Donnaplay'?

    Multiple debit transactions were made on my card 4xxx-xxxx-xxxx-9900 on 5/06/2016 at 15:02:37 hours for US$12.95, 6/05/2016 at 15:03:01hours for US$12.95, 6/04/2016 at 15:02:11 for US$12.95.

    A debit charge has been noticed in my account that I have no recollection of and never heard of since April 28th, 2016
    I am totally unaware of this charge which has not yet been authorised since then.
    I would like to have it fallen off
    I have no recollection of this amount of $24.48
    I do not live in the united states at all. I live in Sydney, Australia and do not have any knowledge of this company
    I am not with a company here either.
    Please make sure this charge is not authorised or falls off.

    This is the 7th time this site has charged be for unknown reasons totaling in $142.71 dollars stolen from me that needs to be refunded IMMEDIATELY. I have never heard of this site nor have I EVER signed up or used this site. This is a disgrace of a company. Someone better explain this is me AND QUICKLY HAVE AN EXPLANATION and my money returned to me asap. This is unbelievable. I have bank statements for proof.
