What a nightmare, stupid company this is. I wanted to watch a movie, like most others whose complaints I have read on this site. I entered my name etc, but stopped short of entering my c/card details. I know better than to do this with ANY company that says it wants your c/card details but will not deduct anything. So, I basically gave up at that point, but it did occur to me that I might have had an account opened in my name. I did not want this, so I went back into the site and found a window where you could ask for your account to be closed, but it only offered the option to do this as a rush job, for which they wanted fees. I decided to play this differently and went into their Support page. I filled in a coupon, explaining what I had entered (name and email address) and had not entered (c.card info) and duly asked if they could (a) check whether they had given me an account, and (b) if they had, delete it. I was sent a ref no for my coupon/ticket, which looked good - except in it they asked for all the info I had just sent them. I sent it in again, and got the same again. I have since had 3 requests for the same info. I swear there is no human being there at all. Just robots. Avoid Donnaplay like the plague, or point a fraud office to them. And if anyone knows the name of the girl in their youtube ad film tell her to get out of there. She should not have her name associated with these bandits. They are clearly not providing a service at all. It is all just designed to get your money up front. Shame on them.
