Domino's Pizzaabsolutely terrible management follow up on complaints

There is a history of poor services with pizza's in south African part of the world, but what is an absolutely slap to the face, when you complain and don't get any feedback.
I have seen the many complaints posted yet no replies from the company, it seems that customers are not worth the effort to hear their complaints and try to help solve the issues. Yet your company is only focused on making a profit, and does not care its customers yet we are the people who enable organisations to be in business.
