I order online, but when the pizza arrived home, the whole burned pizza, I decided to return to speak with the person in charge, at first a person told me that he could not help me, I told him it was a complaint. To which he changed his face and said a moment. the person in charge comes out, ask if she thought if it was correct? She never answered, but nothing more than remplacce again do the order, without an apology for the inconvenience ??? Maybe if she had been nicer I could understand that they are mistakes that happen to us. but did not seem to mind?
Well I do not expect anything in return I just asked for my money back, but unkind attitude was what I disliked the most.
