Hello I am Lisa Baker and I shot regular here at the Dollar tree at 906 Ralph David Abernathy in Atlanta Georgia today which is Sunday the 28th of November I went into the store at 9:30 the manager was the cashier I asked him about some Halloween decor that I know and other Dollar trees are on sale at markdown for half off he got smart said this is a dollar store everything in here is a dollar, I stated it was a witch hat reef decorator he said that is not Halloween very rude and nasty and disrespectful and I would not be spending my money here again and I was a regular shopper here I am a teacher I am always in the education department in the Dollar tree but I would no longer spend my money here with these rude disrespectful managers y'all need to put somebody in place that's more patient and more understanding and I remind you he never even checked to see what it rung up you just put it to the side. And there was a elderly lady behind me she shook her head and said wow.

My name is Dujna R Hundley I put in a application at dollar tree on sunset Dr Guntersville Al the manager to me to take the test and then she would hire me and she lied the lady that works there lives for I live her address is 713 Ringold st Guntersville Al I don't no her name but that is her address she was down at dollar tree on sunset drive telling them I couldn't pay me rent that isn't her business and they're mistreating me she was lying on me and every time I go into the store the big black lady treat me bad because I'm briacle and they through I was black and they found out that I wasn't not the manager is in on it to they were talking about me very bad and none of that is true and the manager lied she was going to hire me until she started lesson the the lady at lives at 713 Ringold st Guntersville ala that works for dollar tree she was bad mouthing me for no reason and if that is the way dollar tree treat there custmore I will not go back but I can flie a law suite agasint them for doing me that way this wrong and everyone desver a chance you shouldn't lesson to what people tell you about a person I have the quality and I have. Right for them to apologize that is no way to treat a customer first of all they need to mind their own business there listen to stuff they heard on the street they don't know me personally they just listen to what the here and mistreat me all the lies that people tell you can't go by that you better find a person out for yourself. I visited the Dollar Tree at 700 South Kings Hwy. in Myrtle Beach SC and heard the cashier and manager tell a Vietnam that they did not want him visiting the store after he asked to use the restroom and was told there is no public restrooms. I notice the Veteran was in a wheel chair and was wondering what about the ADA act. I questioned the store manager and was told to leave since the DT needed no veterans or supporters of veterans visiting their stores

I placed an order on 11/08/2021 and I can't get any information about when it will be shipped to my home. I tried tracking it online with no luck & when I called the customer service line I was on hold for a very long time and gave up. I just want to have some idea of when I can expect to receive this order. The order number is ec391203197.

Lightening is terrible in the majority of the stores. They flicker all the time. Over 25 Lights need to be out in order for a work order to be placed. This is a problem for people like me who have epilepsy. I had a seizure at the store.

This is still not completely fixed since Oct. 1. Management waited from two prior work orders with no response until the day I actually had the seizure to do something.

The manager may be a fine person but the management style is not working. I frequent this store (Elberton GA) often and this store has boxes every where all of the time. When I talked to someone I was told that she was directed to send stock help home because she had to cut back on hours. The lines are long during peak times with one cashier, I asked if they could call for backup she said she HAD IT and it was Christmas times, I told her it wasn't her performance but people in long lines was not necessary, she then said the others were in a meeting, really at 3 pm with the line half way the store. This store needs some SERIOUS help.

Good morning, I placed a order for some gold chargers on the 21st November, while on the website it stated shipping was estimate November 30, once i clicked the checkout and paid, I received a email stated that the item was back order for 30 days. this item was bought for an event that would be before 30 days. had it stated back order i would have never purchase, can you guys please assist. I'm requesting a refund if I'm unable to get the items for my events.

The manager at the N Thompson store in Murfreesboro, TN is rude and obnoxious and doesn't belong in a managerial position. She argued with me and said there were 8 bottles of water in a carton when the box clearly said 6. She said in in a not so nice way you need to bring a single one to the register for him to ring it up. There were at least 10 people in line and she didn't call anyone to another register. People kept getting into her line and she said you have to get in the other line because I have to blow up a balloon. I've never seen such a rude and nasty person as a manager. She needs to either be retrained and put into another store or put into a lower position where she doesn't have a lot of contact with people because she isn't a people person. Your customers are your bread and butter even if your products are inexpensive. I like Dollar Tree but I won't put up with this crap from any store. It's easier for people to hide behind a blind eye rather than complain but this ridiculous and action needs to be taken this was not the first stop to this store. I have shopped from the East to the West coast and I've never experienced this kind of rudeness and obnoxiousness like this. The people are your livelihood and they appreciate your products and just because they are inexpensive doesn't mean they should be treated like low life. Please take care of this situation.

The dollar tree at 705 Cortez rd Bradenton is a pig sty. There are boxes all over the place, carts full of boxes blocking the isles, shelves are empty, toys and other item all over the floor. Most isles you can't get down at all with a cart. Boxes of chip or snack cakes are stacked so high that you can't get the items out. When you ask for help you get a rude comment from some of the help if you can find anyone. If you do find what you are looking for then checking out take for ever because they only have one lane open. During this time the manager and other employees are standing outside smoking.

Recently, I went to my Dollar Tree in Beaver Dam, WI, which is my store of choice. Employees are always kind and curious. When things are not on the shelf I have been directed to where some boxes may be, so I can look and get items myself, which is no problem for me. The boxes are sometimes placed outside the restroom.

I went in for bleach and none was on the shelf, so I went to where the boxes might be kept by the restroom. Sure enough, there was a box of bleach, so I opened it and grabbed 2 bottles and put them in my cart.

A bathroom door opened, and an employee named Sandy saw what I was doing, came out of the restroom and said, "You could have asked someone for help". I said, "I've been told in the past, if I don't see it on the shelf, I can look for it here". In a sarcastic way, she said, "Really"?

I was just about to walk away, then turned back toward her and said, "You could have also filled the shelf too". I do not need this kind of attitude or to be treated with disrespect when coming into your store. If this continues, I will shop elsewhere.

I don't mean to complain but this is about twice today that I go to the Dollar Tree and I left my basket there about 20-25 people in front of me only one cash register open did tendon call for assistance to whoever she was calling to and they never showed up and I sat there another 10-20 minutes and they still hadn't opened another register and this is not the first time I walked out pretty of times before as well y'all extended and made the store bigger with more registers but it don't make no sense if you ain't got the employees are the managers running to store properly sitting in the office or in the back which I've seen two people talk in the back or in the office and I know they can see through that two-way mirror when you have a line but I guess they don't care where is running to Victoria store on Houston Highway the way I look at it the sooner you get your customers out the better service you have the more money you would make today when I walked out I was not the only one people standing in line complaining just so sad poor management even the supervisor should be there and give him a lesson on how to run the store and if they don't want to work get rid of them find me some good managers and supervisors I know I've been there but they train me properly and customer is always right I wonder how bad is going to get now that the holidays are coming up corporate office should come get unannounced and go to the Dollar Tree do some shopping and see what happens and look at your employees I would be on top of this because it happens too often I know you'll have to stock and unload trucks and your pay schedule is pretty good so if you have a slow person it doesn't want to work get rid of them or start them at the lowest pay you can a fast person they would move and do what they got to do and I appreciate the high pay those are the ones you need I know because I work for myself and I do work for two-and-a-half people or three and my hands can't keep up with me sometimes but then yet they want the high pay that doesn't fly with me thank you and sorry for the complaints just thought I'd let you know cuz it's been going on for years sometimes yes service is good 1 out of 10 bad rating to me is about turning your money twice as fast by getting your customers out quick and your customers be happy you would get a lot more customers today I left and I went to Walmart thank you and God bless

Employees I work with smell and smoke weed and the store manager and asm don't do anything about the situation. I complain all the time. It bothers me a lot the weed, it bothers my eyes and nose

I have been shopping at the Dollar Store at (my receipt says 6302 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, Fla [protected], however the address on computer says 6310 So. Dale Mabry, Tampa, Fla [protected].(store 6738)  I have been shopping at this little store since it had opened. i was happy they opened this store. I like some of the cashiers..it HAD been a clean store.  I had gone in there many times after the the trucks came in, and they always seem to find employees to empty those boxes and get them off the floor...I was in there 4 days ago and the floor was black, like someone had spilled cigarette ashes and smooshed it around the floor.boxes all over...So I decided to quickly go there tonight...that store still had black smooched stuff all over the floor...boxes everywhere, aisles were inhabitable...could not go through with cart as it was in such disarray.  One lady left all her stuff and left as it was dangerous just to go down the aisles.  The cashier answered her saying, I told you it wasnt safe!  I do not blame the cashier, but I do blame the  Manager...How could she go home and leave the store so filthy?  In the couple years it has been opened, it has never been in such bad shape! Now if I want to drive 5-7 more minutes I can go to the one at Brittain Plaza, 3908 S. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, fl33611-1408 store 974. I went there  on Oct 16th (after leaving the other one on that date) and that store was clean! They had a few boxes on the floor but nothing like the other store. Why cant they send employees to help this little store...clean up and get their supplies out? They need more employees at the little store...this is a bad name for Dollar Tree.Thank you, [protected]@aol.com!
