Reviews and Complaints

Dollar TreeUnethical behaviour

I was in the Dollar Tree store at 1792 South Lake Suite 30 Lexington S Carolina on 11/28/2021 to purchase the Sunday paper. When I went to look at it the paper cashier Chalyn said to me, I will gave give you the paper, get on line. Then she said that was the rules if you don't like don't shop here, I then said to her if people don't shop here, you won't have a job and she said so. Her attitude was condescending. I don't think she should talk to a customer that way. The store is one of the direst stores that I have been in. I have spoken to the manager, Shirley before but no change it seems she didn't care. Cashier is right if you don't like the rules you don't have to shop there. You cant make the parallel that you not shopping there that no one will shop there. Usually customers like you being there drives away the higher paying customers. I don't shop Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Walgreens, CVS or any of these other poor people stores cause they are usually full of the filth and scourge of society. Only reason I work at one is because I don't need the money nor does most of those who do.
