Dollar Tree - Employee was extremely rude

Date of incident: November 29 2021
Time: 6:15pm (give or take)

My family and I went into the Dollar Tree 1001 Market St, Dalton, GA. The front of the store had a personal radio that was blaring rock music (keep in mind today is November 29 and if any music was playing it should have been holiday music). I found an employee — a very rude woman — and told her the rock music was not appropriate for my daughter to hear and to please change the station or turn down the music. This is the response "We don't change the station because it's hard to find another one". I then asked the employee to turn down the music while my family and I shopped. This is the response: "We listen to the music" referring to the employees, so the answer to my request as no. I then asked for Dollar Tree's corporate number. This is the response: "We don't have a number. You can call the manager in the morning." The employee turned and walked away. Very rude. My family and I left the store, leaving our shopping cart where it was. I called another tree in Chatsworth, GA, and spoke to a wonderful young woman who informed me that Dollar Trees aren't supposed to have personal music playing at all and she went through some trouble and found me a number I could call and put in a complaint.
I am very upset about this incident because Dollar Tree is supposed to be a family store. My family went into the Dollar Tree to have an enjoyable time and shop for Christmas items. It's hard to allow your children to look at the Christmas items while rock music is blaring. I didn't get the employees name but she was a middle aged woman — very rude. I can identify her. If the manger refuses to help I will go to the district manager and then all the way to corporate if needed. No family needs to be subjected to rock music while trying to enjoy the holidays. Customers deserve to be treated with respect.

Desired outcome: I want the manager to call me. I can identify the employee who was rude. I want a personal aology and for the employee to take classes on how to follow company policy.
