Dollar General review: Unsafe shopping conditions

This is how our store looks daily we get told well they're under staffed and the manager is the only one doing it and that's crap because I go to this store every day and the manager is outside every 5minutes smoking while the other employees are left to deal with that Mess and sever customers then they get yelled at for doing nothing and that's not the case. I've seen 20 or more people be hired at this store and with in a week are gone due to poor management and it sucks that you can't see the problem isn't with getting workers it's with the manager who is being so horrible to these employees that they would rather leave the job and risk no money then stay and work please fix this problem
