I have a complaint about a rude manager. I went into dollar general to buy my daughter a pack of chips. As I was putting the chips on the self checkout, my keys which were hanging from my wrist hit the metal on the self checkout register. I admit I even made a face because I didn't mean to do that. No where was it around the glass. Then a lady who had a customer at her register told me don't break my glass on my self checkout. The way it was said, was belittling. Like she was speaking to a child. I said I didn't hit the glass. Once again, she made a smart comment about it. Really ticked me off that time. I never have complained, but the lack of professionalism got to me. I asked her if she was the manager and she said yes. I said I just wanted you to know that my keys didn't get anywhere around your glass. She said I can see your getting upset and I made a general comment to take care of my stuff. I told her that normally I do not get upset but the way she spoke to me got me upset. She walked off and said have a good day. Very rude. Would not even stand there and here me. Dollar General needs to get managers training of how not to treat customers like crap.
