Dollar General review: Management

I was in the DG in Coon Rapids, Ia today. The Manager was extremely rude to myself as well as other customers. I heard a lady ask where something was, and the manager sighed, came from behind the counter, walked to an item, pointed at it, and said See, its right there! Then went back to the counter. When I was checking out, the pin pad didn't read my phone number for my coupons. I told her & she said We'll get it at the end. After my things were rang up, she gave the total. I asked What about my coupons? She rolled her eyes at me, typed something in & said Is it there now? I said No. She sighed, typed again, & said Is it now? Again, I said No. She said Then theres nothing I can do. I said I can show you the coupons on my phone? Can you just manually take them off? She said No I can't. So, I paid full price, and she basically shoved my bags & receipt at me. Didn't say Thank You. Then walked away from the register, as the other employee was walking up, but the person in line behind me then had to wait a minute for the girl to get behind the counter.
I've heard many other people in town complain about her rudeness. I work in retail/sales also, & that was unacceptable behavior. If that was an employee in my store, we would be written up.
