Hi there, I really wish someone would look into an incident at the following store: 351 E Steve Warriner Dr Russell Springs, KY [protected]. My brother recently was hired (and fired) within about 2 days. My question to you is, "What kind of management do you have working there?" I mean seriously, who fires someone after 2 days? That sounds like terrible management. My brother had no written notice, and no form of disciplinary action whatsoever, other than a "Hey by the way you're fired." From what I understand he failed to do certain tasks (taking out the trash and sweeping.) Now, I've been a manager at a similar store, and this is not how to handle that situation. The employee needs coaching as a first warning. Only after the employee has not done their tasks numerous times, and after written notices, do you fire them. The store manager seems to have an ulterior motive, and had no legitimate reason to fire him.
