Dollar General review: Employee mistreated and other employees allowed to cuss and scream at the employee and nothing done about it

I was in the store to July 20,2023 and witnessed a young new employee scream and cuss at another employee all while the employee being cussed at was trying to wait on customers and tell the young lady to stop and even when the employee walked off from assisting customers the younger employee followed her getting in her face screaming profanities at her and telling her that she hopes her dad dies this is completely unacceptable I visit this dollar general just because of how friendly and helpful the employee that was being cussed and screamed at is. She always greets the customers with smile asking how they're doing and before you leave she will tell you to be careful and have a good day and I've never seen nor heard any of the employees engage with their customers like she does the manager their talks rude to her as well and still this lady is able to remain polite and respectful to all her customers. The young lady there tonight was way out of hand and the manager was more interested in hearing the younger employees side of the story and shunned the employee that was being treated horrible. This store isn't gonna last long if the manager isn't replaced and the employee that's being treated so poorly doesn't get some help. My heart broke for her this evening.
