Dollar General review: Doesn't honor coupon $5 off $25.

I scanned all my items in your app, it applied all the coupons available online including the 5 off $25. The total was me owing $7.08, the subtotal was $25.50
When it was rung up at the register it said I owed $12 something. This happened at two different stores the exact same thing. Both times the managers said there was nothing they could do... Saying the register wouldn't let them.
If you're not going to honor these $5 off $25 then don't offer them to us that is very deceiving.
I think I'm going to file with the better business bureau.

On Saturday night:
2 Scott toilet Paper $5.00 each one coupon for -$1.00
1 Cottonelle toilet paper $5.00 one coupon for -$1.00
DG coupon: Save -$3 When You Spend $15 on any Scott, Viva, Kleenex or Cottonelle items
1 Mucenix $5.50 coupon for -$5.00
1 Centrum vitamins $5.00 coupon for -$4.00
Total $25.50 - $14.00 = $11.50 - $5 off $25.00 = $6.50 + tax =$7.08

Desired outcome: I want my deal corrected at the store. And talk to the managers and give them access to make changes.
