I ask if the restroom was locked and the lady said yes then I ask if I could use it and she said no. I then ask why she replied it clean and it’s going to remain clean l said I’m not going to mess it up she said I know because you’re not going to use it

I then ask to speak to the manager

She replied I’m the manager her name Kim Whitley

I then said I was going to notify Dollar General about this

Then she said well I could use it but I would have to clean the entire restroom myself if she let me go pee

Is that the way a manager should treat people

I thought this should be brought to someone’s attention

I feel like I was discriminated

I’m sure that other people get to use the restroom or it would have signs saying employees only

I hope someone can take care of this problem so I will NOT need to seek legal advice

aisles were full of carts with products.couldnt get thru aisles with cart and couldnt get to products on shelves.

Store # 11519, This store is so dirty and messy every time I go in, But today was the worst 06-08-2022 I was standing in line and two guys were standing at the doors fighting with each other and the girl at the register didn't know what to do. I know one thing I will telling everyone I know NOT to go to that store, till it gets cleaned .

Why do you guys offer cash app payment but then the store won't add the money? I found the store threw my cash app and went inside to add money and the store manager would not add the money. Then why do you guys offer this if you don't do it? Store is on 7400 HWY 2 Commerce City Colorado

Regarding Store #19851 On 6/6/22 As always, pricing issues with the Dollar General located in Mottville Mi.

The shelves state one price and the computers charge another. The manager stated that I obviously had the time and maybe I'd like to come in and price check all the shelves. I have pulled past due cereals and put them into baskets.

Not the first time I've brought this issue up to her. She also wouldn't change the price to what the shelf said and said "do you still want it?". No, I want it for the price YOUR store has on the shelf. FIX IT!

It is ridiculous that a small store such as this one can not get its pricing correct, or that I have to take a photo of items to PROVE my point.

Yes the stupid [censored] working tonight wouldn't help me at all and when I got done shopping the [censored] was at register and stood there on phone instead of being on register I don't know her name but she's got red hair looks like [censored] a flat ugly face she really looks like a man an ugly one and there was this black kid there to she was all up on so I guess [censored]ing around with employees is better then serving customer I would either recommend firing her or closing store cause you can't get around in there anyway with all the [censored] on the floor

I purchased 10 items and was charged incorrectly for three of the most expensive items. The tags on the products at the shelf stated a different price than what I was charged at the check out. I was over charged $8.60 for these three items which I would have never purchased at the higher price. This is very deceiving to consumers. I am on a strict budget and thought my total was very high so when I returned home I reviewed my receipt to find out I was over charged. The 3 items where:

Tyson Crispy Chicken- tagged at $7.95 charged $10.95

Tail on Shrimp- tagged at $5.50 charged $7.25

McCafe Coffee Can-tagged at $5.65 charged $9.50

Total overcharged = $8.60

Paid for items with my snap card ending in 5756.

Please respond asap with a form of refund for these items.

The store located at 4060 S. Keystone Ave. Indianapolis,In . Always closing early. Go to go inside and they have put a hand made sign up saying the store will reopen at 8am while standing at the door with it M locked... This happens on a regular basis and the public can't count on it being open for business. When you go online it's says it's open until 9pm ( what a joke) and this was before 7pm on Wednesday May 25th!

These are the absolute worst tampons I've ever purchased. I've thrown away more than what I've barely been able to use! The applicators are ridiculous and the tampon just will not come out when trying to use it. I have purchased these a few different times, just to give them another try, but am still extremely unsatisfied. I've wasted too much money on a useless product and feel something needs to be done to fix the product.

Trucks can not use Cedar Creek Rd. from route 2053 to route 1116. They also can not use route 1116 from route 2053 (Thixton Ln) to Cedar creek Rd. They can not make the turns. They are to narrow.

So what needs to done is all deliveries to the new Dollar store on Zoneton Rd. Needs to come from hwy 61 and go straight back to it.

I keep getting this back saying something is missing. I feel like it is pretty clear. I sent you this just to help your drivers from getting in a bad situation.

My husband was checking out at the Springport, Mich DG today 5/21/22 & clearly told the cashier he had 2 separate orders & said which item to stop on, after she rang up the last item on the first order, he swiped the payment card & ask why it said still processing, she replied it was rebooting & proceeded to ring up the remaining items which made one large order for $97, at that point i asked why it was $97 & asked her why she didn't split the orders. She then got very rude & told me to leave the store, while my credit card was still in the machine! She did not listen when I told her to stop at the 1st order & she lied & said the first order was processing & continued with the items that were supposed to be on the 2nd order! This clerk needs disciplined for being rude, lazy, poor customer service & simply cannot handle splitting up two separate orders.

The Dollar General near my house on International Speedway Blvd. DeLand, FL is in terrible shape. The shelves are bare and there are boxes stacked up everywhere and there appears to be no attempt to put stock on the shelves. It actually looks like customers have been digging through the boxes themselves. Really a shame, we have shopped there many times, but in the last few months it's like they just don't care at all.

Date and time: 5/12/22 at approximately 12:20 pm. I was sitting at a red light waiting to turn left and a dollar general truck and trailer was on the main road waiting for the light to turn left on to the street I was on. The truck driver got the green light and made a sharp left, ran up onto the curb of the road and the trailer started moving towards my car. I had no where to go but in reverse, but there was a car behind me. The truck driver continued moving and the trailer kept coming towards me. I put my car in reverse and moved as far as I could go and then the driver behind me backed up so I could go in reverse some more, meanwhile the truck driver started yelling at me to go, go, go! The truck continued to move towards me and I was scared for my life! My heart rate shot up and I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. When I came back to my office I was telling my co-worker about it and she had gone to Dollar General on her lunch break and witnessed the same truck driver having difficulty maneuvering the truck and trailer in the parking lot of the store. Blocking several customers from being able to leave their parking spaces.

I’m driving in Athens ga going down the road the driver who I’m right beside on the driver side I’m half way in the side of the truck he can see me I can see him he is big black with some big [censored] glasses I’m pissed I drive trucks too 18 wheelers also he wasn’t tryna get in there’s nomore traffic in front of us he ran me out the lane and my kid was in the car on that side of he wasn’t on there I woulda let him gone n swipe me I’m highly pissed he should be fired he was driving trailer 81049 I got a picture on may 11 at 1:00 pm y’all should get the system that beeps abs breaks if u gone hire stupid [censored] drivers who have no sense of care for others life and try to run someone off a lane
