Dollar General

As a steady customer at this store, I have noticed many times the manager, Wanda, being very arrogant and disrespectful toward customers and employees with her angered and at times slurred voice. I recommend you have a talk with her about anger management, and drug testing her would probably be a good thing to do, too. I have visited many of your stores and have not heard any of those managers being rude and mouthy to any one. Hopefully, for the best of your business at this store, you will look into my complaint and do something about it. Thank You.

There was two cashier lines to checkout. One said ten items or less. I had 3 items and started to go to the other line since there was 3 people in the line for 10 items or less and one person in the other line. There cashier told me she only does bulk items and I would have to go to the 10 items or less line even though no one else was in her line.

I wanna know why it's ok for your store manager here in Tracy to think it's ok to threaten my fiance that does driveline for the store there? And why it's ok for he new manager to do what ever she wants and get away with it and also that has a past history of stealing from her jobs. Cause we are not gonna go in that store ever again or shop there anymore or do the resets for driveline for this location . And I wanna know what u gonna do about this store manager and the team that works there?

I am complaining about. The manager at the dollar general on plank rd across the street from Washington street. His language is very unacceptable and he rushes the customer and he is beyond rude. Something has to be done about it because this is not only happened to me once but four times at this location it is not healthy to have a manager that is rude the way he is.

Store manager amanda at 10th and fairlawn, topeka ks... Was very rude to a lady in front of me. The lady had purchased several items, 2 of them were scrubbers. The posted price was $1.50 but she was charged $3.00 a piece. She questioned the cashier who became very nasty to her and hastily said she'd go with her to see where she got them. The mgr reached up and said loudly, this is the wrong price, ripped it off and said they are still $3.00 each. The lady said she only wanted one. The mgr, was very rude and stomped off. I was behind her in the checkout and the lady asked the cashier her name... She said amanda. The lady asked to speak to the manager and amanda replied "I am the manager". The lady told her she was being very nasty to her when it was clearly mislabeled on the price. Amanda told her to take her refund and leave the premises. I was floored. I will never shop there again. 06/13/2018 around 10 am.

I went into the Dollar General at 1721 Garth Road Baytown Texas on Tuesday evening at 2:40p.m. As I walked In the store to proceed to the register to hand a friend her money I wasn't greeted by the person operating the cash register. However, the cashier quickly told to leave my backpack behind the register. However, their was a white woman who had passed by with a backpack as well, but the cashier did not tell her to leave her backpack behind the register. I feel discriminated against because I'm black and the cashier whose also a manager is white. I don't think go to that Dollar General again.

Joyce hunter at dollargeneral on broad st in brooksville florida kick my family out of her store for what she said was stealing. Ive been going to dollar general 30 years. And i have never stole [censored] from anyone. Not im band from store. Im wrongly accused and i told her to show me the cameras sicne i hadnt been in store in over a week. She refused to do it. So im in process of hiring lawer to sue

Im not sure what her name was something like krista maybe but she works at the dollar general in lucama. She was making fun of all the customers and was very loud. You could hear her all throughout the store. I think she was newly hired but that behavior is still unacceptable. She shouldnt have been making fun and laughing at the customers like that. It made me very uncomfortable and im not quite sure if I want to shop there anymore. She at least needs a write up or some kind of punishment to understand that behavior was wrong. If she was my employee she would have been fired on the spot.

Two days in a row I have shopped here.. Yesterday I came home to discover the employee didn't give me all my items and I went back to get them.. Then it happened again today... She doesn't twirl the loaded bags at all.. She let's the customer do it.. And had I not kept twirling i'd left half my stuff. Well today it happened again.. She kept some of my items.. I loaded receipt for items she kept.. I'm tired didn't want to go back.. After I got home.. She could be way more helpful.. Every other employee twirls it and let's me know if I missed something... She just stands there.. Not helpful at all..

I bought a product of dole peach cups and they made me and my fiance grandson very sick after I realized that they were the reason we got sick I looked at the expiration date and it was 2 months expired so I contacted the store and then corporate and I still have not heard anything back from corporate so I got a lawyer and it's now gonna be a lawsuit I contacted the manufacturer and they told me selling there product after expiration was illegal so I will be in court soon

When you walk into the dollar general in waldron. There is carts full of merchandise not put on the shelf and totes in the aisles. Half the aisles are so crowded you can hardly get down them. The store is so unorganized it makes shopping there very unpleasant. I would like to see the store get the stuff out of the aisles so that you could actually walk down them and not have to move them to look on the shelf to see what the have. It is very inconvenient.

The store out in the small town of Hawthorne is being corrupted by dishonest unloyal people from the managers all the way down the ladder. I've watched ever since the first day it was built. It's robbed multiple times daily drugs have been dealt from there and the store is a joke really because of the people you decide to trust. If you want to weed them out I'll gladly help. I was shopping with my daughter and this employee looked at our cart and shook his head. He didn't greet us or speak to us. The only thing he said was what the total was. As he was ringing us up he was huffing and puffing like he was being overworked. He spoke to black customers though as they were coming and going. I enjoy shopping at dollar general but this employee needs to learn some tolerance and some manners really if he doesn't like working with the public maybe he should work in a morgue so he won't have to speak to white people.

was in store #13052 3325 coral ridge rd brooks KY. bought a tank for our grill when got it home it wouldn't work took it back to exchange it but the lady their wouldn't exchange it and would not give a refund. so we had to go to another another store and bay another tank.i will not go back to that store again.spend almost $ 22.00 for one tank that wasn't any good.

Ok I am a regular customer at all dollar general stores. I pointed out to a cashier at the Robertsdale store 00728 that the items are listed as 1.05 but Ive been payin 1.10 for quite some time now. She told me she can not change the prices...What I want to know how do yall plan on FIXING THIS PRICE AND REIMBURSING ME BACK... I REALLY DO THINK THAT THIS BS BC CANT YOU OVERRIDE PRICES ON EBVERYTHING ELSE IN THE STORE. THIS NEED TO BE FIXED ASAP OR I WILL HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER DOLLAR STORE. BUT I SHOULDNT HAVE TO GO OUT THE WAY WHEN ALL YALL HAVE TO DO IS FIX THE DAMN PRICES...

I frequently visit this store ( 4932 N High St. Columbus, Oh 43214) to purchase items for my household and I have never seen a Dollar General in such disarray. There is merchandise literally scattered haphazardly all over the shelves, not in the proper places, merchandise all over the floor, behind the cashiers registers on the ground, carts all over the store, scattered all over the parking lot, and not in their stalls. It is difficult for the shopper to determine how much the items cost as your tags are not visible for many products, which creates problems for the customer and the employees and creates a loss for your business as well. I have 2 business degrees, one in inventory involving managing and I will guarantee you that you are losing a ton of money with all of this inventory all over the place, it is a perfect place for shoplifters and internal theft as well. I went there this evening around 630 pm and there was glass shattered all over the parking lot, and I advised the cashier of the issue. I had to hunt down a cart myself as the staff could not free up a cart or find one. This is a lack of proper management / leadership, pure and simple. I bet if you ran an overall inventory report of the merchandise in that store, you would come up with missing inventory. I would recommend resolving it immediately.

The dollar general at 93 Joseph St in Pittsburgh 15227 has the hours posted right on the door 8am to 10pm EVERYDAY! This is the 5th Sunday that they have not been open when they are supposed to be. There is at least 10-15 people standing outside. It is past 9am now and they still are not open. How hard is it to make it to work on time starting at 8?!

I'm a customer if the store 10506 in lake worth Florida someone please need to do something about this place they don't have working bathrooms, the a/c don't work, the registers are always getting frozen and is not the girls that are working at this store fault they do work very hard and always friendly but the general manager is never here and when the girls try to call him for help he is never willing to help them he doesn't want to be bother because he is with his family or at his second job I don't think is fair the way he treat this girls at this store

Yes I was in the store today and noticed that there was only one employee working which seems to be the issue on a regular basis. I know because I visit the store on a regular basis so I know just about all the employees. Such as how I watched the new assistant manager from the day she started in december. Since she started the store has change in a great way. The store is cleaner, it's easy to find items and when lavonne is working she takes the time to help customers find items as well. So when I came in today see was the only one there. As I was at the checkout she received a phone call which sounded like joy the manager I could hear her ask lavonne if she was ok and she replied yes. Then joy stayed that if lavonne needed her she would come in after she finished her pool tournament this evening. I told mrs. Lavonne that the store would be closed by that time...
The manager is hardly there to support the store so ask lavonne why she don't take over the since she is always there. And I brought to mrs. Lavonne that there were rat dropping by the cooler and some goibg into the stock room in the back

The store in austin arkansas on hwy 367 had cut the 8 packs into 4 packs and were selling them for $3.50 each. We showed the cashier, colen, a picture of the shelf we got them from with the price. Another associate said they could not override the price because they had no 8 packs in stock. Colen looked at the product and saw where they had been cut. We told both colen and the other associate that we had bought them at other stores for that price they acted like we didn't know what we were talking about. We told them we would go to another store to shop and as we were walking out colen looked at another customer and started laughing at us. Very unprofessional behavior.
