Want to disconnect, no one answers the phone. I have spent$5.00 phone time and got no person. This company makes bukoo bucks, the question is when I want there service again will I be using them again?
6 minutes each time 3 call's Last week and another 6+ minutes today, and now I'm late and there going to charge me late fees.
It shouldn't take this long to get a service disconnect it's simple. This treatment doesn't deserve more or repeat business from me.
