Denny's at 201 W Interstate 30, Royse City, TX 75189, [protected].

Today December 20th, 2021, I called the above Denny's at 1020am to place an order. The person that took the call told me it was going to be 30 minutes. I arrive at at the store at 1050am to pick up my order and the same person that took my order told me she hadn't put the order in yet. I really couldn't believe what I was hearing. I had to ask her".. what do you think is the purpose of calling you in advance to place the order? Then she asked me if I still want her to put the order in. I turn around and left.

I couldn't believe the bad service with an attitude. But then again, Denny's has not been know for having excellent service. The Royse City Denny's is not the exception.
