Upon a tree I was ignored by Christine said that I can wait in line much longer than necessary to be forced to wait for over an hour for my omelet to be prepared watching a very large very angry white man with tickets or all together ignore questions from his teammates. Tech number two inches he joins cook number one and their mission to destroy the service today. Many are suffering due to the pandemic and are out of work while this associate somehow has clicked by and moves with no purpose with no motivation at his very very slow speed. For him to curse at your other employees and a dining room filled with your gas seems to me to be completely inappropriate I personally watch the table with small children get up and leave do the behavior of this person. I I truly hope something is done about the problem and Russellville Arkansas with your overweight Cooks with the attitude problems how dare they speak to their team members with such disdain I hope someone somewhere in that company can reach out and Coach this this restaurant. Not only was he inappropriate and rude I never even got my food the audacity apparently the time and money of dennys guests is so much less important to this disgraceful excuse for a cook than his own peace to move at his place. Horrible service
I called to order and got hung up on while trying to order and then tried to get through for 20 minutes straight before I got any help to order my food. Then I got over cooked food and specifically asked for no seasoning on my potatoes and asked for butter and well they gave me over cooked seasoned potatoes no butter and like 2 bites of eggs. And my chicken tenders were extremely overcooked and dried out.

Me and my wife came in on March 14, 2020 around 1:00-1:30. And the Unprofessional Manager Mendez offer us an orange juice. The food already took awhile for it to come out. And when Heather brought the food said they had to make some more wings because one dropped on the floor. So my orange juice was gone she never offered us an refilled. So I asked her could I get a refilled and her responses was oh I would have to charge you for an refill. And I told her I didn't know because the manager didn't mention it to us from the beginning. So I asked her could I just get a drink. And her responses was I would have to charge you for a drink. So me and my wife decided to leave not eat or out food. And asked could we talk to the manager and we explain to him what was going on so we get the police called on us for no odd reason because I told him we don't won't our food and didn't even get to eat it or take it with us because by the time he was doing all talking and talking to the police officer the waitress was throwing our food away. First off was seated quickly so that was the only good thing about are visit. Waited almost 10 mins no server came to are table. So i flagged a server down she then waited on us. Ladies room clean but stunk, the breakfast meat was terrible sausage was cold and bacon was fatty. I had asked for crispy bacon didn't get, my friend also.
