Tuesday June 8 between 2-3pm, I came in to eat at your Clifton location, the entire crew was in the back having a meeting and we could hear the General Manager screaming at the employees saying "Seniority doesn't matter!" As a former business owner, Seniority and hard work go hand in hand. If an employee has been with a Company for a number of years, It bears out they are a hard worker. If my General Manager of my Business had done that, I would have fired them because it tells the employees their hard work doesn't matter. In my opinion your General Manager needs to work on her people skills and understand that seniority does matter because if you start at the bottom and work up that's how you get seniority. I will not return to this restaurant as long as the General Manager is still there and lowering the moral of the business for all employees. I will be telling my friends and family not to eat at that Restaurant as long as your General Manager is yelling at her Employees!
