Visit to Denny's in Springdale, Ar on 2/17/2020, was a horrible experience for the following reasons:
1. Juana was rude and flippant
2. English was very limited, speaking and understanding
3. Refused to accept my 20% discount coupon on my IPhone with barcode and said it had to be printed. No problem at any other stores. When shown on the phone, it has actually been printed!
4. Would not accept my military ID, and said this store did not accept them.
Never going back to this place and very bad example for Denny's.
Denny's - Food and Thomas Lester
On 8/18/2019 at 10:24 am central time, I ordered online as a guest - ordered the "Build Your Own Grand Slam" with scrambled eggs with cheese (paid extra for the cheese) and ham (paid extra for the ham). This was delivered to me at my work (I work at the Springdale Police Department). When I received this order, the eggs were sunny side up with no cheese, and there was bacon and sausage but no ham. When I called, I spoke with the store's "General Manager" name is Thomas Lester. He refused to fix my order, refused to make it right, and kept saying that what I received is what I ordered. I know I did not order this... I would never eat sunny side up eggs... plus, I paid more for cheese and ham and did not get them. This "General Manager" was very rude, not customer service oriented, and has not only ruined my day, but has ruined my Denny's experience.
