I am really upset, the service and food at this location sucks, When I spend my good money 48.18 for dinner, my expectation is hot, fresh and quick. what we received was poor customer service, forgotten items and burnt food that was 35 minutes late to our table in an empty restaurant. I thought I would give you folks the benefit of trying to make this right before I post pictures of the food at table side. my contact information is as follows; Jim Joseph 775.799-1586 I have eaten at a lot of Denny's locations across the country. please contact me for I am so upset about this it is troubling both my sister and I, we could have gone anywhere else to eat, but we chouse Denny's thinking we would have a nice dining experience, in this case you failed., between the missing items, late and burnt food and lack of attentiveness of the server, we are thinking of never using Denny's again.
Desired outcome: We would like a full refund, or a gift certificate for the amount spent/ waisted to try again.
