It is clear that Dell prefers online interaction and not to talk to their customers, unless of course it is to take their money. Product issue has turned into a product and customer support issue as it is impossible to talk to a live person other than sales. Customer support departments are "not open right now, call back later", Online chat has led to receiving text messages in the middle of the night. I keep trying to block those and make them stop but that has proven fruitless. If you want actual customer support buy a different brand.
