Deem Finance Not updated in credit bureau after settlement

I have requested to update my name in credit bureau as I clear my outstanding in deem finance. However, there's no action taken yet with my request. This is misleading as they sent me email that it's been updated (march20) but when I request a credit report in AECB (march 25) i still have outstanding balance with Deem.

Deem Finance Deem credit card (noon gift voucher)

I am using deem credit card for last two years and I am very disappointed because of services and customer service response.

I got around six text messages and promotion mail showing offer for purchasing more than AED 3000 using Deem credit card and will get Noon Gift Voucher AED 150 before 10th February 2023.Because of this offer only I have done purchase for AED 3000 before 10th February 2023 and I am waiting for Noon gift voucher.

I contacted with customer service more than 7 times and I send mail to Deem customer services for more than 4 times for last two months. Every time once I call customer service they are confirm that will provide with in one week and till now I didn't receive any Gift Voucher.

One of customer care executive miss behave to me and he is not willing to hear my arguments also.

I receive one Auto reply mail (Your request is being reviewed by our Customer Care Team and you will hear from us in seven working days.) from Deem and there is no response from Deem.

I feel Deem like an irresponsible company towards customer.

I have same experience before also with Deem.

If the company cannot provide such offers don't deceive customers by showing fake offers.

Desired outcome: I need immediate response , provide Noon gift card which is my right, and apologies for delay and irresponsible behavior from DEEM

Deem Finance Compensation not received

I had raised a complain with deem before a couple of month and deem officially confirmed that they will provide a compensation of AED 300.

On January 4th, 2023, it was officially confirmed that I would receive this compensation on my next statement, which was due on February 15th, 2023.

However, despite numerous calls and emails since February 24th, I have yet to receive the promised compensation. I have been given different dates, but the compensation has still not been provided.

Desired outcome: Deem to provide the agreed compensation of AED 300

Deem Finance Deem credit card cancellation

Please note that one of your DEEM Finance employee (Mr. Prajwal) has compelled me to receive the DEEM Credit Card for his personal benefits.

He told me that, he couldn’t go for vacation without my DEEM Card registration.

He also informed me that he will cancel the card whenever I want.

In fact, I was not interested with credit cards, but only because of his personal request, I have bought the card.

Also He informed me that He will receive some amount if I activate the card and I have activated my DEEM Credit Card in January 2023 but never used it.

Since I am about to receive termination from my company within one month, I need to cancel my credit card. I have requested several times, but he was informing all the time that, cancellation request has been raised. From the past three days, he is neither receiving my calls nor answering my messages.

Hence kindly cancel my DEEM Credit Cars at the earliest and also kindly take action for such people like Mr. Prajwal for misleading the customers.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your collection department. I recently made a payment towards my account , but as of today, the payment has not been settled in my card. i think they do it to charge people. This has caused me significant inconvenience and concern, as I have been waiting for this payment to be processed.

Additionally, when I tried to call the collection department to inquire about the status of my payment, I was kept on hold for over an hour, and was unable to get through to a representative. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service I received, and I feel that this is unacceptable for a company of your reputation.

I have all the emails and payment confirmations to prove that I made the payment on time, and I have also iwill share this information with the central bank. I believe that it is your responsibility to ensure that payments are settled promptly and that customers are provided with adequate support when they have inquiries or concerns.

I request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and provide me with a prompt resolution. I expect that the payment will be settled as soon as possible and that I will receive a full explanation of the reasons for the delay. Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you could take steps to ensure that your collection department provides more professional and responsive service in the future.

Deem Finance Deem Credit Card Offer

As per the Deem sale person guildline, 6 months before i have taken Deem

creed card and spent more than AED 10000/- and part of the Deem sales person offer me that 10 % rewards, which i never received. When i raised complaint with Deem customer service and i spoke to Deem Customer Service Team Leader, they accept there mistakes, but they are not ready to offer me any compensation, which i spend and Deem Customer Service Team Leader not ready to escalate this issue higher level.

Deem Finance Wrong deduction late payment fee

Pls note myself paid all due amt on time. Then they also posted my payment 2 days after the due date. Called customer care executive and they informed me it's deem mistake will reverse the interest and late payment charge within 7 days. Now, 30 days expired after the expiry of 7 days.
I called customer care team around 9 times and still saying ref under process.
And couldn't transfer the call to concerned department.
Thus is my experience.

Desired outcome: Need to refund the late payment fee and interest ref no [protected] as agreed by your team

this is one of the worst email id, so many times i sent this, but always am getting same reply with copy paste, even they are not reading my emails. am also getting reply from Head of Complaints Resolution and Deem Team Leader not escalate this issue to higher level, my complaint closed himself without my concern.

Deem Finance DEEM Credit Card - Annual Charges

The Sales Agent told me before that the Titanium credit card is Free for life (Annual Charges) but on 10th December 2022, i noticed that i was charged by AED 200 annual fee, and my statement date is every 10th of the month but i was charged late payment on 01st January 2023 , from my payment history , i never did a late payment because i'm paying before the statement generated,

another thing is that they took some amount from my auto debit savings account without notifying me.

i sent an email to customer care but no one is responding, i tried to call the contact support but no one is answering for hours.

requesting you to please update and review my account !

Desired outcome: Please reverse my annual fee and late payment fees !

Deem Finance Issue

Hello

I have written to you on several occasions but you have ignored me.

How do I contact your complaints department?

I have been changed a late payment fee even though I did not recieve any payment reminders, which I had requested via phone. I do not agree that I should pay this late charge, given you weren't able to offer a simple reminder service that you said you would.

I understand calls are recorded so listen to the call recording and see for yourself. I also wish for you to send me a copy.

Please do the courtesy of replying.

I feel very pity about Deem. Customer raised the complaint on 30 Dec 2022 and Deem response is on 28 Jan 2023.

I have also same experience . I complaint by phone, written etc... and there is no response from Deem. With out attending customer on right time what customer service u are providing.

Deem Finance Credit card collection and customer service

Dealing with your collection department and customer service is like going to dentist appointment... They rude, unprofessional and have no idea how to communicate with your client in a satisfactory manor. Taking this credit card has been one of the WORST decisions I have ever made and I have no problem relaying this message to anyone who asks me about my experience with Deem Finance.

1. They don't support either of my banks for online payment, even after I was assured that I will have no problem with the app to make "easy direct" payment online.

2. When I applied for the card, they told me the due date for the card will be on 1st of each month, due to the fact we get salary on the last day of each month. Not true! My payment is due on 25th of each month but these people will start calling 2 weeks before, every other day, being extremely rude, raising their voices at you insisting on payment, threating you with late payment fees and degrading you. I have reach a stage, when I see it's Deem calling that my anxiety and blood pressure shoot through the roof!

3. I was advised to make transfer in their account for card payments and submit the proof of payment to the email address. Every month they keep calling me to my work and cell accusing and threating me of non payment or late payment. Some months even charging me fees. I'm submitting the proof of payment 4 to 5 times a month.

4. They keep changing how I'm suppose to make payments towards the credit card. Now they have "closed" the bank accounts we use to make the payments into and they don't support any of my banks on the online payment portal and I can't load this card on my banking as a beneficiary because the bank does not support it...

NOTHING HASSLE - FREE ABOUT DEALING THIS CARD OR DEEM FINANCE. 1/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE

Desired outcome: Train your staff! Find solution to add the other banks (ENBD - LIV and NBF) on the app so we can make direct payment.

Deem Finance Auto debit with dunia finance now deem finance

I have my first bank in UAE where I receive my salary, this bank is ADCB. I have a loan before and credit card. I transferred bank after few years, I changed to new bank where they shouldery loan and credit card pending with ADCB. Attached is the clearance from the ADCB. however, ADCB couldn’t close my debit card as they are saying that I have “auto debit” with Dunia Finance now called Deem Finance. Now, ADCB keeps on deducting money on my debit card. I have my 3rdbank now which is Emirates NBD but I accidentally transferred money AED 636.76 in my ADCB account in which I couldn’t transfer anymore to my current bank as they are saying I have negative balance to my adcb account in which I’m not using anymore. This 636 is supposedly for my son’s monthly needs but these banks keeps on getting my money. Pls help to take action on this.

Deem Finance Faulty charges by irresponsible debt collectors

It has come as a great disappointment dealing with your debt collection department and your customer care as well. My due date to pay my installment is 18th every month. My payment is settled max by 5th every month. Despite the fact that I had given your debit collectors and your customer care team proof of payment receipt they have tried to take money from my account of 5 occasion. Every time I call both your teams they tell me that they will give me a reversal and then nothing happens. It’s been 3 weeks now and no action has been taken of your failures and irresponsible employees. 2 guys raghav and Asad have assured me a reversa in November. We are in December now and my new statement has been generated wrongly. What is your plan.?

Desired outcome: Reversal of late payment fees and taxes showing in my statement and apology for misbehavior of Raghav.

Deem Finance Deem credit card

Hi I have converted my payment into monthly installment, my first payment cleared successfully in the application but the second payment on this November 1st not cleared yet, Due date is 5th November and I already paid on 1st November and it is deducted from my bank account but in the deem application it's still showing not paid and received late payment fines and charges so, I sent an email regarding this but no response from your side.

Deem Finance Complaint against credit card marketing

It is stated that one of your credit card sale Person Mr. Shahzad Rasheed phone # [protected] came to my home and told me that i am from HSBC bank, you applied for the HSBC card in which we need the signatures on the following documents. Don't know from which source he knows this facts that I applied already for HSBC card.

When he take my signature then he called me that I submit your documents and you will get deem card,

My complaint is that, Mr. shahzad pool me and take my signature when I was not aware about the fact that he is Deem employee not HSBC.

Please cancel my application for Deem credit card and do marketing in good way not to pool customers.

Deem Finance Not receive clearance letter.

I was using deem credit card. I already closed the card on 6th September 2022.

I took loan from rak bank and it was buy out loan. So rak bank payed Deem credit card full amount plus (959) additional on my behalf to deem. also my deem credit card is closed and it shows in deem app that it’s already closed and minus 959 ad a balance. I also closed my other cards and loan from enbd, Adib, cbd and Mashreq bank. All the banks has submitted and given my clearance letter within 7 working days after the final payment. But after 40 days of the final payment I still not received Clearance letter from deem. And they are saying that after 45 days of payment I have to apply for clearance letter and after that 7 working days they will give clearance letter. My loan from rak bank already approved and funds already in my ac but until all the clearance letter not submitted I can not use my funds. When I checked with that customer care they don’t give any proper reason that why they need almost 54 days after final payment and settlement. And only be of this un necessary rule of deem I have to wait for my funds for 50 days.

Worst worst worst really really worst service ever. All the other banks in uae has provided clearance letter within 7 working days. Only deem taking 50 plus days. And when we call to deem customer care no one give proper answer and talks rudely and they disconnect phone without giving proper answer. no supervisor available most of the time.

Desired outcome: Plz provide my no liability letter( clearance letter ) asap .

Deem Finance Incorrect cashback rates, no response from cs

Hi. I sent official email to DEEM on 10 Sep, follow-up on 14 Sep - until now I have not received any response hence raising this here. I received my first statement and according to it, I barely earned 1% - while all my spend on this card was either online or retail, so expected NOT LESS than 5% as I specifically confirmed the cashback brackets before signing up for this card.

For month spend over 1000 AED I was supposed to get 5% on online and 10% on retail purchases. With my spend over 6000 AED the estimated cashback was at least 300 AED, and I received only 60 AED (which I still can’t redeem anyways because it’s below 100). There is a reason why you do not update your app with real earned cashback % - because it’s simply a LIE. I am beyond disappointed with card (cashback & also no compatibility with ApplePay), app (no cashback updates) and customer support who have not got back to me at all until now.

Desired outcome: Recalculating cashback so I get the earnings I signed up for.

Deem Finance Urgently needed closure letter and clearance letter

Deem Finance credit card

i have one credit card amount of 9k i was using it for two years but in Feb 2022 the company i work for got closed bunkrupcy and i informed deem my situation and claimed for insurance. they denied my insurance claims and kept on harrasing to make payments .i kept on paying borrowing from people evrymonth 7 to 8 hundred but my dues kept on increasing even though the card is blocked and am not using it now it reached 13k despite the fact i been paying .now they sent me email to open a case against me .everything they do is unfair and unprofessional.other banks handle such cases very smoothly and helping their customer who lost their jobs but deem finance is totally the opposite.denied my insurance cliaim that i been paying for it and increased my charged knowing intentionally i am unemployed.they gave me anxiety and depression cant even focus on finding a job.

Desired outcome: approve insurance claim or give lower settlment plan.

Deem Finance Credit card

I have applied for a credit card with deem finance. While applying, I told representative to disable double secure. She did not do. They charged me 350aed as a credit shield chqrge. Then I called up customer care to cancel this double secure and reverse the charges. They took the request, but charges are not reversed. I called second time, they said it will take one month. After a month, when I called they say no request placed for charge reversal. And it is also not automatically reversed, when you cancel the credit shield. They say they have no record of my request.

Desired outcome: Deem finance should reverse all my full charges, they took for double secure credit shield. Due to their flow in process and irresponsible customer care.

Deem Finance Credit card

I have one deem credit card

That I already close but when i requesting the non liability letter they are telling it will take 45 days! After I request confirmation mail then they are telling 1 weak,

I requested 5 aug 2022,

But now 26/8/2022. Today I call again

They are telling again one weak so almost one month!

I never seen like this coustomer service because I got one refference number there side,when I cal normally with refference number they can find easily my issues, but first onwards I want tell whole story!

Really such a very bad experience Deem finance also coustomer service.
