I called Cornerstone as a preemptive step to resolving a travel club membership while also trying to cancel on my own. They talked me through the process, helped me understand next steps, and gave me the reassurance we were doing all the correct things all as a consultation service. We made a plan to touch base after the initial process and they followed up with me. Luckily, I was able to get out of the contract on my own, but I am confident if I did not, Cornerstone would have provided me the help needed to do so. Kat was wonderful and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this company for their much needed services.

After significant research into the bonafides of many timeshare exit companies and almost signing with another company (despite a very uneasy feeling about their hard-sell tactics that, ironically, was reminiscent of timeshare or used car sales), we decided on Cornerstone Group due to their no nonsense approach and straight talk about their process and results. We engaged them in late April and were quite honestly astounded to receive notification that the timeshare had been transferred out of our name less than 60 days later! We highly recommend Cornerstone Group and thank them for restoring peace of mind to our lives.

Centerstone Group is a 4 out of 5, but really more! The members of the Centerstone Group were understanding, straightforward, and explained the process well. They stayed in contact through email and phone, and provided us updates and a website to stay informed about the process as well. I definitely recommend Centerstone to assist you with those "misrepresented", "high pressure", and "expensive" timeshare purchases that you may be involved in. We have received confirmation that the timeshare is being transferred. Once the final paperwork comes through about the transfer of our timeshare from us, we will definitely give them a 5 out of 5.

Although we have not completed our business with the Centerstone Group, thus far in the process, everything has proceeded in a professional, courteous, and well defined manner. From start to this point, each person that we have talked with is very meticulous, taking their time to explain all procedures in easy to understand detail. If things continue to proceed as they have thus far, we would be willing to testify that this is one of the best consumer/business relationships we have ever been involved in. Our rating to this point is four star but if the services continue as they have so far, it will easily become five star. Centerstone Group and their team have been exceptional in their approach and communication.

We were somewhat skeptical and in fact second guessing ourselves after contacting Centerstone to help get us out of our exorbitant and burdensome time share contracts, especially since we are unsure of their credibility, however, after speaking to them they allayed our fears and we felt we had to give them a chance. Their team did not disappoint and were able to have our contracts cancelled through the legal court system. We know we are not the only ones in this predicament and do recommend giving Centerstone the opportunity to release you from your obligations and contracts. They may not get you any money back but at least you are out of it, which was our case. Thank you Centerstone! C & P

I worked with Centerstone Group for 7 1/2 months and they finally successfully rid me of my timeshares. For that, I'm grateful. They did tell me up front that after my up-front payment and initial activity there would be a long period of silence where I wouldn't hear from them. I anticipated 3 or 4 months, but not 7 months. It was very difficult to know who or how to contact them for a status update. Lesson learned, ask them for a name and phone number of a single point of contact you can call to check on your case status at any time. I did tell them of that concern and they tell me they are working to resolve that lack of communication. Nevertheless, I'm very pleased with the work they did and am thrilled to be out from under the burden of my timeshares. I've also recommended them to a friend.

I reached out to the Centerstone Group with questions about a recent timeshare purchase we made but were having second thoughts on. They responded very promptly and took time to listen to our situation. Fortunately we were still within our "rescission" period and had a limited timeframe in which to act. If they hadn't reached out to us in such a timely manor we would have missed our opportunity to act. They provided specific, detailed guidance on what we needed to do to cancel our purchase. We followed their instructions and received a full refund. They even followed through with us to see how things went. We appreciated their professionalism and assistance. I highly recommend them for your timeshare questions and issues. We will definitely contact them in the future should we ever need this type of service.

We have been trying for years to find a company that helps with getting rid of your timeshares that we felt comfortable with. We came across Centerstone Group Inc with the A+ ComplaintsBoard.com rating. Once we contacted them we realized why. The one thing I really liked about them was the Escrow account (which holds your funds to the company until they complete their job). So there was motivation to get our timeshares transferred. We had 3 of them. All contact was done via phone and emails an easy process. It's not a quick process, which we were told up front but within 4 months everything was done. And having checked with other companies the fees were reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone trying to get rid of their timeshares. In the long run you save so much money not having to deal with maintenance fees and fees through RCI. Great Job!

They did exactly what they promised to do. We were fully informed of the time expected and of the steps they would take to help us get out of our timeshares. They were always courteous and returned our calls in a timely manner and they kept us informed of where we were in the process. We were very skeptical in the beginning, but were given guarantees in writing that we would get our money refunded if they process was not complete within a year. We are happy to report that the process was complete in about 7 months and we have our "Sold" deeds in hand. We are very pleased that this "Stupid Chapter" in our lives is over! Everyone we communicated with along the way was friendly and positive, never treating us like we were annoying them with our questions and concerns. I would recommend them to others who might find themselves captured by the misleading timeshare industry. We appreciate their honesty and feel they are professionals in their field. Centerstone Group made us believers! We were skeptical with any company that said they could get us out of our timeshare. Centerstone Group followed through! Each person that we spoke with or worked with through Centerstone Group did exactly as they said they would when they said they would. They gave us a timeframe when things would be completed, and they were right on target with that! They were in constant contact with us to update us, to make sure we were comfortable with the process, to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns, and to keep the ball rolling with no hidden fees or agendas. We had one continuous contact throughout our experience, however, on a regular basis someone from their corporate offices would call and/or email us to be sure we didn't have any questions and to make sure that their agent was doing everything they promised. As a matter of fact, now that everything is finalized and settled, they have contacted us to be sure we have no lingering questions. We are very happy with our choice to use Centerstone Group, and we would highly recommend them.

I was working with a company called Timeshare Termination Team to help me relinquish my timeshares, but they absconded with the money, leaving many of us wary of trying this avenue again. However, in researching further, I discovered Centerstone Group, a reputable company, and called for information. After a consultation with a Senior Analyst/Case Advisor who explained the procedure in great detail and answered all of my questions, I decided to give them a try. I was assigned a dedicated Services Representative who has been incredibly helpful along this process. Unlike the other company, whose communication was practically non-existent, my representative has been extremely fast to answer my emails, and she keeps me informed of everything they are doing on their end and what I need to do. The Centerstone Document Section also contacts me frequently with status updates. Although I am still early into the process, I am extremely confident that Centerstone Group is going to see me through to a favorable outcome. Based on their concern for their clients, their professionalism, and their efficient work, I highly recommend Centerstone Group without reservation.

First I want to state, I am an actual customer. I do not work for Centerstone Group or any of its affiliates, and I have not been compensated in any way for this review. My son vetted this group on the ComplaintsBoard.com webpage before we reached out and called. My husband has recently passed away, and I have been very overwhelmed thinking about the financial burden of the timeshare we were scammed into purchasing. We have just begun this process with Centerstone Group, and so far everyone we have spoken to has been informative, transparent, upfront and honest in their conversations with me. The meetings we have had are very personal, and you feel that these individuals truly care to help get the situation resolved for you in a timely manner with the least amount of stress. John Doe has been fantastic giving his contact information to reach out if there is anything we need or if we have any questions. So far it has been an absolute pleasure to work with them, and if all goes according to plan, I would have no qualms recommending them to anyone that is in need of these services. It am confident in the ability of this group to help me dissolve my agreement with the timeshare company. Thank you all so much for what you have done for me and my family thus far.

This company have people within their organization who writes positive reviews to get people to believe in them so that they can get you to sign their contract, they stated that I didn't follow through 90 % of their process, but yet, I was the one that wrote all the letters that got sent out to the timeshare companies. They gave me $4,000.00 dollars back because I wouldn't pay one of their attorneys who wouldn't even talk to me on the phone, he said just to read the little contract that he had sent to my email and pay him an additional $4,000.00. I'm not going to pay someone more money who doesn't even have time to talk to me and yet, the third party loan company that Centerstone referred me to stated that they had already paid Centerstone Group the entire amount of over $11,000.00, So them paying me $4,000.00 meant nothing because they got that money back as well as $7,000.00 more. So, as I stated, the letters I wrote we're just sent out to all timeshare companies, which I wrote myself. Centerstone didn't write not one letter. So them saying that I didn't follow through their process is a straight up lie and I have all the proof in writing. Please do not be fooled by these people, their trained to lie to you, just like the timeshare companies...

I have been thinking of getting rid of my timeshare for years, but didn't want to pay someone to sell it. After years of talking with a few different companies and researching different options, I chose Centerstone Group. Maybe it was the timing, I don't know, but I finally realized it was time to sell, even if I had to pay someone. I did my research and read the reviews and here I am on the other side writing this! The process for me started in June and I had two different time shares to sell, both with the same company, but different locations. Centerstone Group did as they said, I was quick to send in everything they asked for. I didn't give my login information to my timeshare website, but provided all the details they said they needed the login for. They worked with *** and I received updates as they said I would. While they both sold at the same time (Sept 2021), the transfers were a little different. The first one was transferred in December and the second one in March 2022. They took care of everything, outside of me needing to send the initial documents, they did the rest. I only had to sign (with notary) the selling document and return. This cost more than some of the other companies I heard of, but the others were only promising to list it, I didn't trust it would sell. I also didn't want to rent. There was another company offering to buy my timeshares, but I had to become part of a vacation group and pay them monthly so I chose Centerstone Group and it worked out! I recommend Centerstone Group as a proven process which works as they say it does! Good luck!
