Where do I begin? Back in March Chris was great, I was skeptical about the whole program, Chris explained to me how the whole process worked. So I gave it a try. I should of went with my gut instincts and declined . Chris explained to me it would take up to three months to process my settlement, then after six months with a good standing account I would be able to apply for a loan. Now seven months later my credit score has dropped drastically and my settlement is still not resolved nor do I have any answers on why. I have spoken to numerous representatives and they all have the same answers in which they didn't understand why it was taking so long. I also have reached my six month mark to apply for a loan with no issues and now I was told they are not funding residents who live in N.Y. So once again mislead . I am very disappointed in the outcome , always go with your gut feelings. I DO NOT recommend this company to help you when you are in need.

Extremely disappointed in this company. They expect a client to be good with your credit dropping over 250 points within the first couple of months which and by the time they start talking to your creditors, it has already been 6 months and your creditors start sending out for collections. That is not okay. If I am paying for a service, I expect updates and I got NO updates from this company. I had to call multiple times to see what was going on and I still did not get any answers but to wait until your accounts are delinquent enough for them to start talking to your creditors. After that, your debt is settled within 20 months but your credit will not go up UNTIL everything is completed. This is not how you instill trust in your costumers who desperately need help. This company is a scam. Just talk to your creditors to get help. They already know you might be struggling. Don't make the same mistake I made. You won't get a full refund anyways when you cancel the service.

My mom is suffering from financial difficulties and has been scammed multiple times. Her inbox is littered with promotional emails from unscrupulous companies and because she has financial issues, she occasionally contacts them. Somehow, she got in contact with Alleviate Financial Solutions and they have been hounding her nonstop. Calls and texts at all hours of the day. I had her tell them to stop contacting her and they kept at it. So I called them and asked them to stop calling her. One gentleman said that they would no longer contact her, but they did that night. I called back again and explained that she had financial issues and they said they wouldn't contact her again and hung up on me. The guy who I was chatting with was particularly nasty. Once I got off the phone with them, they texted her again. This time it was another promotional message. They are relentless, unresponsive, and will do anything to get your money, even if it means hounding elderly folks with a debilitating disease. Shameful. Stop contacting her!"

I first discovered ALLA on Amazon.com. I had tried two other LED headlight manufactures, but sent them back to Amazon. Alla Lighting was my third attempt at finding something that worked for my car (2015 Subaru Impreza Sedan). Alla lights were BY FAR the best quality of any of the lights I tried, they work AMAZINGLY well. I was so impressed with the headlights, I've converted every exterior light in my car to ALLA products, Blinkers, brake lights, tail lights, running lights, marker lights...what a difference. I had some questions along the way, called ALLA directly, they actually answer their phone and were happy to help me. What is it worth to have a company that stands behind their product? Do your shopping, look at everything out there, then do yourself a favor and buy ALLA products. NOTE: Just in case you're wondering if this review is real, I don't know anyone at ALLA, I'm not related to anyone at ALLA, I've not been compensated in ANY WAY by ALLA. Alla is located in California, and I'm over 3,500 miles away in Massachusetts.

I was seeking an honest solution to my financial problems, so Ive ventured working with Alleviate Financial Solutions.First of all they quoted me 27% and performance fees on the total debt prior to negotiation. Which I found out was higher than what theyve charged other customers. During the process of working with them they took a lump sum amount of over $2600 from my escrow account for their earned performance fees before paying off a debt. And in the agreement they were not supposed to take a lump sum is supposed to be a monthly installment towards their earned performance fees. furthermore its been now over a year and they have not returned that money back to my escrow account.I have decided to cancel my agreement with Alleviate Financial Solutions and they have not returned my money. Stating that they came up on an agreement with the debtor although it was never completed I owe them that money because they came up on the agreement. And furthermore, they accessed my escrow account without my permission after I closed it and retrieve the balance in my account.

I was with the alleviate for 15 months. Initially paying roughly $700 monthly, then got a call that they have an option to settle an existing account but have to increase my payments to roughly $900 a month. I continue to get correction calls for the entire time I was with this company. Was very disappointed to find out they did not contact all my creditors to let them know I was now dealing with a debt consolidation instead they let me go into collections and my credit score has tanked. Also when I called to quit the program I asked them to give me a breakdown of who they currently had deals with and what they were paying out each month it was roughly $200-300. I then asked where the additional $500-600 was going to, They give me no clear answers. They also told me I had access to an attorney who would help me with aggressive collection calls, I later found out that was an extra fee which they did not initially tell me about but to add insult to injury I never got a call back from those lawyers when called. They wasted my money and time and just furthered my debt I highly do not recommend them.

I deposited over $1,500.00 into a third party account as part of the debt settlement program I began with Alleviate Financial Solutions, LLC. About five months into the program -- and prior to any paid amounts to any creditor -- I contacted Alleviate and stated that I wanted to close my account. At that time, they said they would close the account and refund my deposited funds to me via a mailed check that I could expect to receive in 7 to 10 business days. When I called to check on the status of the mailed check because I had not received it, they stated that they had taken all funds in payment of their services and that they would not be returning my money to me. They did not make any payments to any creditors. They claim that they made a settlement agreement with one of my creditors, but that settlement agreement was canceled before payment was made to them -- by the company's own admission -- so Alleviate is NOT owed any fee for services. The contract with Alleviate states that either party can cancel the agreement at any time. I am very angry about how they have dealt with me. I do not consider this to be a reputable company and I urge you to avoid them at all costs.

I was very impressed in how easy the process was. My advisor walked me through it so there were no surprises, and answered all my questions. My bank account had been compromised and I had been working with all my creditors to fix my plight and buy me enough time to recover from being robbed in cyberspace.. I felt they weren't listening and just didn't care. And, I did all the right things...I closed my bank account as soon as I suspected something wrong, filed a bank fraud report and a police report, opened a new account, stopped all automatic payments, called all the creditors several times and wrote to the 3 major credit bureaus. Still my FICO score fell 200 points, preventing me from getting new credit, and Citibank in particular, cut off what little credit I had left by closing 4 credit cards with different lenders (BestBuy, American Airlines, and Lowes) AFTER I had paid them so there would be no question I wanted those accounts to remain open. It feels good to finally get control and negotiate repayment on my terms, not the likes of Citibank. I feel liberated and redeemed for the over 40 years of having stellar credit. Guess who I won't bank with ever again and I am a high income earner.

When I called to discontinue my services with this company after over a year of paying outrageous fees, they initially wouldn't transfer me to the representative that could close my account. There was resistance by someone by the name of [Name], who pretended to have an anxiety attack to try to get me off the phone. I refused to get off the phone and was given counsel to stay on the phone. After 55 minutes of being on the phone, they finally transferred me to someone. That person told me that the balance remaining of about $348 would direct deposited to my account within [number] business days. When I called back over a month later, they said the remaining funds were used to pay their fees. There was no explanation letter as to where the funds got allocated and that I wouldn't receive a deposit after all. Also, I was able to settle the remaining creditors myself who wouldn't work with them. After a year, they weren't able to come to a settlement agreement with them and in the mean time, my credit scores are tanking. While they were taking their time to negotiate on my behalf, I'm paying them $450 a month. They are shady and unprofessional and only accomplish what we can all do ourselves. I've paid them over $3000 in fees that could have been applied to my credit card debt. Lesson learned.

Very professional, attentive, reviewing of my accounts by Alleviate Financial Solutions. Some accounts have been settled, but many still setting there. A lot of fees have been taken but I was definitely told incorrect information regarding fees and a loan after being in program for six months by their original representatives that signs you up for the program. When you have questions regarding information that you were told no one never calls you back. There are areas of concern that need to be addressed especially dealing with loans that you would qualify for after six months but then you are told you are not eligible because they cant do loans I Tennessee. Either representative is not trained properly or they are getting you to sign up for a good commission. I appreciate what accounts have been settled because its been a year and three have been negotiated and paid off and two in settlement. I would only suggest that more training needs to be done for those that are signing up members and if you're recording the conversations a manager needs to check out recording. Thanks Alleviate Financial Solutions for helping me today and if you can get them to approve a loan for their members that have paid faithfully their accounts for a year they should find away to find a lender to pay off negotiated loan amounts and we could pay our monthly payment to them.

I strongly advise consumers to stay away from Alleviate Financial Solutions. The sales rep and I went back and forth for about a week. I had a lot of questions and concerns about signing up. I finally agreed after being guaranteed that if I made my payments each month, on time, that after six months I would be able to convert my account to a loan. Alleviate would negotiate the payoffs with my creditors and pay them off in full, and I would have a loan with them for the final negotiated amount. I did my part and paid each month, on time. After six months, I called to start the loan process and was told Alleviate Financial Solutions does not allow for the loan program! Unbelievable. The sales rep was very much aware of where I lived and therefore knew I would never be allowed to convert my account into a loan. I immediately requested a full refund of all the money I paid into the program. They stated I would only qualify for a portion of my money because a percentage is sent to the legal division ***. They also said I could reach out to *** and request a refund from them. Not acceptable. They sold me their program under false pretenses, and they should have to return all my money and request a refund from *** for themselves. In addition, now my creditors have not received a single payment in six months, so I have late fees, additional interest, and my credit is shot. This company should have to pay a penalty for guaranteeing a program that is not even legal in the state I live.

I received a check (loan offer) for debt consolidation. When I called it was actually this debt resolution company - Alleviate. They explained I would need to stop paying my credit cards and pay them instead and they would pay the creditors an agreed upon settlement amount, and if I didn't miss a payment for 6 months, Alleviate would make a loan for the balance and I would just pay Alleviate and my creditors would be paid off with the loan. At the end of 6 months, I was told I didn't qualify because I lived in Tennessee. I lived there the whole time! Also, they settled 2 of my 6 cards agreeing to make six installments on each. Which I agreed to. This was in December . To be done in June. I withdrew from the program in in October/November. I find out in December that Alleviate cancelled payment installment #4 on BOTH my cards. So a total of 5 of 6 payments were made. Gateway tells me the order to cancel the payment came from Alleviate. I just found out about this after I called the credit card company that the agreement wasn't honored. I can't get any answers from Alleviate. Today I held for an hour and 30+ minutes to speak to a supervisor who never answered. I've been told 4 times over the last week and 1/2 that a supervisor would call me. And no one called. I'm very upset that they would charge me a fee to negotiate a settlement then they sabotaged the settlement by cancelling the payment installment. Why?! The money was taken from my account like clockwork so it's not like the funds weren't there. Please make this right. It's the right thing to do! By the way, I have a print out in both cards of the agreements and payments showing the cancelled payment. Proof.

Absolutely a money racket. Lost emails. Lost files. The truth is by the time they get the 25% commission and possibly settle your debt (or in my case not) you end up paying the same and more. If the truth be known; its that Alleviate wants to get you qualified for funds then they will settle your debt. That includes the 25% of your debt and the financial institution they use will charge you in excess up to 29% interest. Oh, they want to get you qualified and will work their tails off to do that but they need money in your account over your monthly payment. So they are paid while you are back to paying interest on a high loan. For them its a win win. For the consumer you need to be very aware that this is absolutely a rip off and one sided and thats Alleviate. I dont know who they paid to write these reviews but it must have been family and friends or people they hired. They settled one of my accounts and the other two I had to contact lawyers and they went to judgments: Alleviates law team will not settle your problem when you get served unless you have money in the account that you are paying on to settle your debts. So you are likely to end up in the same position as I did. All I wanted was three credit cards put on one payment and to fix the mess after COVID and we were shut down. I was told oh dont worry youll be safe because of the crisis. Bull c*** they did very little but con me and I ended up having to fix the mess they left me with. I faxed them my litigation the very day I was served and they never showed any record of it. Yet I called and talked to a lawyer and I was specific that I wanted them to contact them and make an effort and let them know I would pay but no they did none of the work to do that because I reiterate they will not unless you have funds. The very best thing anyone could do is settle your own debt. Have them stop the interest. Mine went too far and had I known I would have been on top of this very quickly. I truly feel deceived.

I originally started working with this company through an affiliated personal loan company 14 months ago. The plan was that once the debts were settled by Alleviate Financial Solutions, then the loan company would issue a loan to settle the remaining settlement payments. The loan company has since stopped working with Alleviate Financial Solutions. That being said, in retrospect, the loan approach would add additional fees and interest to the process. Alleviate Financial Solutions for its part has done as well as I would expect this type of company to do. Be warned this is not a quick process, research the debt settlement process before enrolling in this type of program. Most creditors will not settle until the debt has been charged off. This takes 120 -180 days depending on whether the debt was a credit card or a personal loan. Second the fees for this type of service are high up to 25% on the enrolled debt (as of the sign up date). The amount of the debt forgone by the creditor is also taxable income unless you are insolvent based on IRS rules. Many of the complaints about this company appear to come from individuals who did not understand the above. Take your time and do the research before signing up. Unless you are already several months behind on your debts, don't expect settlements for some time.

Back to Alleviate Financial Solutions. The following is what they do well. They do monthly status calls, participate in them. You can also call anytime you want to ask questions or go over the process. They appear to have very good financial projection software, because they have been able to structure several creative settlement payment plans that take advantage of when various payments are starting and stopping to maximize the use of the funds going into the escrow account. They have also been helpful in deferring some of their earned settlement fees to get important deals done. Note you need to stay involved with the process, follow-up with the debt settlement company, make sure they received the documents you sent in, if you can add more money to the monthly escrow payment from time to time as this greatly speeds up the process. Doing so saved me some headaches as there were some communications that didn't make it through the first time for whatever reason (again one of the reasons for the monthly phone calls).

this company did nothing but lie to me from the start.and from the look of these reveiws i am not the only one thats been lied to..instead of making my life easier.they have put a tramendus amout of stress on ME. I WAS DOING GREAT with my buissness until MARCH 19 hit.I AM A HANDYMAN so going out in public and seeing people is a daily rutine for me.Right before MARCH hit my engine blew up in my TRUCK. I got lied to again and received a engine that was trash.and i had to buy another one with a credit card,had to spend alot to g et my truck back in shape.i had around 720 credit score at the time.then the credit card companies lowered my credit without telling n me.which made my utilisation rate go way up,so i called a credit consolidation place.and entered theyre program,,then ALLEVIATE FINACIAL CALLEED ME.told me they could do better,told me just like some of the others that i was already approved for a DOLLAR loan,and all i had to do was make 6 straight payments of AMOUNT that as soon as i did that tjhey would give me a loan for thr rest..So i ask the guy on the phone from Alliviate Finacial {NAME REMOVED}I said please dont be lying to me because i was already in a program,and didnt want to switch,that i had plans to buy a house in 6 months and if he was lting it wouold hurtr me bad.He said not to worry that he garreenteed me this loan after 6 payments.So i quit the company i was with and swsitched to alliveate,well now after 7 straight payments.and all my credit cards in the red.IT was time for4 my noan,so i called them and they said they were sorry that the info he gave me was not true..,well than dont fix the fact that i am way in worst shape now then i would have been if i didnt switch..this company has no remorse and no fellings for what they do to theyre customers.,they promised me lies that would have saved my company and my life and family suffering.they took atvantage of my bad situation and made it worst.they have only settled one of my acounts.they also said none of my acounts would be closed,well they are all closed except for a few, my credit is shot, i never missed a payment in 5 years until they took over and now itsd been 6 months laste payments,bad credit and no loan as promised,,there is a special place in h*** for liers like them,why do they think its ok to ruin a mans life and family for a profit..i have not givin up yet still struggling thru these times.I WOULD BEG EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! ALLIVIATE FINACIAL WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE WORST AND NOT GIVE A . I WILL BE QUITING THEM IF THEY DONT MAKE THIS RIGHT,AND I WONT STOP AT JUST QUITING,IM SURE THERE ARE ALOT OF OTHERS LIKE ME THANKS TO THEM AND IM SURE THERE IS A LEGAL LAW AGAINST WHAT THEY DID TO ME AND OTHERS,I WILL DO MY BEST TO ASURE THEY WONT DO THIS TO SOMEONE ELSE..
