DecorPlanet.com The products are decent - but their service is horrendous

The products are decent - but their service is horrendous. I ordered a few thousand dollars worth of items for my new bathroom and everything arrived on time and looks good - but then the toilet starts leaking on the first flush - from underneath. I've called them repeatedly and they insist the only way to get service is by sending them an email with photos of the issue; I continue to send them emails with the description of the issue and photos and they simply ignore them. I have received not a single response. Nothing. POOR.

DecorPlanet.com Be very careful of this company

Decorplanet carries some really modern and stylish vanities, sinks, toilets, etc. Beats the bog standard home depot/lowes fixtures. However, their service and willingness to stand behind what they sell is awful. We bought a toilet, a vanity, sink, faucet and a shower set. The mirror on the vanity was chipped when it arrived.
