ordered solid 3/4" flooring finish and color are good however, most pieces are less than 12" long (approx 65%) answer from company/president - "sorry - sold as is"

Ordered some rustic Hickory and had a problem with the shipping company damaging some of the flooring. The guys at Hardwoods 4 Less shipped me additional rustic hickory to make up for the damaged material. They were great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again! Excellent service!

The name says it all: 'Hardwoods4Less'... while the prices are 'less', the customer service is certainly 'more', in particular Bailey and Jody. Seamless ordering experience and excellent communication arranging the most cost effective and efficient pick-up/delivery solution. Very pleased.

Save yourself from a potential nightmare and go elsewhere. I had the most surreal experience with one of the owners or part owners over the phone that ended with a humiliating back and forth between myself and what sounded like the entire office. Their customer service style is dismissive, accusatory and just overall bizarre.

I ordered from them and all their hype on the finish, proprietary, done in their own factory, blah blah blah. It gets here, the wood is inconsistent in the dimensions, geometry, thicker thinner, unsquare edges, and the finish comes off like glaze on a donut. just a crap product, with a lot of salesperson bluster. they did zero to remedy.

We have worked with Curt on several projects. He has always gone the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Our last project was a challenge. Curt had to ship his flooring to our new address. He coordinated everything. We received the flooring and he followed up with us afterwards to make sure we were satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Curt again-he's wonderful!

It was a great experience shopping with this company. The customer service was unmatched compared to other online companies. The owner curt answered all my questions and helped me learn more about the grades of wood. They set up my delivery for curbside and it was quite smooth despite freight shipping being complicated. I unloaded all the boxes off the back of the truck and it was easy and done quickly.

Jody was very responsive, answered all my questions, found great options for me, and seems to have an endless amount of patience. Jody advocated for me and my budget and I am THRILLED with my purchase. He even followed up with me after the transaction and you don't see that very much. This is the 2nd time I have purchased from hardwoods4less. First time in 2017 and this time in 2022. I wanted to match the existing floor from 2017. However, the availability of the exact wood I wanted was no longer available. I settled on a similar grade of the same wood type, hickory. The proposal and payment process were very easy, and their prices were truly less than I could find anywhere else. After the order was in and the payment made, the customer service person contacted me and informed me the wood grade that I selected was no longer available. They offered a substitute of a higher grade, which was also in limited supply. They offered me this higher grade for the same price and since the remaining stock was slightly more than I needed, they included approx. 36ft2 more flooring than what I had originally purchased. The floor installation was simple, and the quality of the wood and finish looks great. Great people to work with and they sell a great product.
