This company is a total disgrace. Save your money and go somewhere else. No customer service, no updates, no replies to emails. Nothing. We ordered our doors on 07/10 and they said it would take a maximum of 12 weeks for delivery. It's been 9 months, 9 months! and still no door. I'm gonna file a case with the ComplaintsBoard.com.

This has been the worst experience ever. They don't respond to calls or emails. Everyone should check the reviews before using them. We still don't have our door. They said it would come on different occasions, but nothing yet. I hope we're not being scammed. They promised the door by the end of December, but it's already December 28th and no word. Buyers, beware of this company. They seem nice at first, but once they take your money, they disappear. I might need a lawyer to get our money back. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them.

This company should be investigated for fraud. They're a disgrace for small business community and should be out of business for the financial and emotional harm they caused. I ordered a garage door from them in August , which after much delay was delivered end of January 2022. We all agreed at time of delivery that it was the wrong color and the glass was broken. Since I was in construction and needed a garage door to keep my items safe in the garage, i agreed to keep the WRONG door until they replace it with the correct one. They promised it would take 8-10 weeks. I have been in communication with their customer service representative named Silva, but were never able to get a hold of the business owner or sales person who we dealt with initially. We were given the run around for over 8 months and based on their yelp response after I was forced to rate them poorly, it seems that they had no intention of correcting their mistake which has cost me $5750, not to mention the inflated difference from the time of purchase. In order to get away with this theft, they are now claiming that they delivered the correct door even though my receipt proves otherwise, denying that the glass was broken upon delivery and installed in that condition. I can not believe that they think they can get away with this and I hope you will investigate and do right by consumers like my self who rely on you. The only remedy I seek is to have my money back to get the correct garage door or have them deliver and install what was promised not only at the time of purchase, but throughout my communication over 8 months with their customer liaison.

I ain't too happy with Precise Iron Doors, Inc. I ordered a fancy custom door with a magnetic screen on December 13. It took 'em forever to deliver the door, finally showing up on April 23. But guess what? No screen! I've been sending 'em emails and making calls, but all they do is give me false hope. They keep sayin' the screen will come on a certain date, but that date comes and goes, and still no screen. I paid for it way back in December, and it's been eight long months now. Ain't that somethin'?

We orderd a door in July . It's now March 2022 and we still don't got our door. Nobody told us when it's comin'. They said it would be here in October , but that didn't happen. We called 'em and they said December, but that didn't happen either. We just want our door. It's takin' forever and we don't know when it's gonna show up.

I bought a door from Precise Iron Doors, Inc. and had to wait for what felt like a really long time to get it. Finally, we got the door and had a contractor install it. But guess what? The door is less than a year old and it's already starting to rust. The warranty clearly says it won't rust and it's a lifetime warranty against rust. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times and even sent them pictures like they asked, but they haven't responded at all. I've been calling and emailing them with no response whatsoever. I just want a new door or my money back. I'm so tired of all this back and forth.

I bought a garage door from Precise Iron Doors, Inc. on 6/12/2022. I gave them 50% of the deposit. They said it would be installed in October 2022. Since October, I've been calling them. They always take a message and promise to call me back. In late October, a lady said they have the door and will call me for installation. But I never got the call. The owner, ***, doesn't respond to any of my calls. It's December now and I've called them more than 8 times. I still don't have my garage door. The company won't tell me when it will be installed or return my call. It's been six months. This is not acceptable and I need your help!

On September 17, I ordered a door from a California company online for $2,100. I chose them because they said the door was in stock and would be delivered by the first week of October. The salesperson *** made a lot of promises about delivery, but then stopped responding after I called and asked for a refund. I found out that many others have been scammed by PRECISE IRON DOORS too. They lie to customers to get a deposit, promise a door that never arrives, and then ignore refund requests.

I ordered a garage door from Precise Iron Doors, Inc. on 8/18. They said it would be delivered in *** days. But guess what? It didn't show up until 1/18/22! And to make matters worse, the packaging was all messed up when it arrived on the delivery truck. I immediately reached out to the company and they told me to unload the door myself and take pictures of the damage for a replacement. So, I did just that.

But here's the kicker: they haven't been responding to my calls or emails! I've been trying to get in touch with them every week since January, but they're just ignoring me. The salesperson, Haik Pambuckchyan, hasn't bothered to return my calls or emails either. I just want to know what the heck is going on and when I can expect a resolution. It's been 8 months already!

I'm getting pretty fed up with this whole situation. All I want is for them to either replace the broken panel like they promised or give me a full refund. Is that too much to ask?

I got a custom door from Precise Iron Doors, Inc. and it wasn't the right size. They didn't want to fix it or give me a refund. I ordered an 80x69 inch door for my front entry. The height was supposed to be 80 inches, which is a standard size. But when it arrived, the frame was 80 inches and the door itself was only 76 1/4 inches tall. This size is not what I ordered and it's not even allowed by building codes. I talked to a guy named *** from the company and he said they couldn't or wouldn't fix it. He told me I had to buy a new door from them. (What a bunch of ***) They made the mistake on the form where I specified the door size as 80 inches. I told him that their website clearly stated the door size, but he argued and said they don't put that information on their website. So, I took a picture of it to prove my point. I paid *** for the door and I placed the order on 8/28. It arrived at my house on 1/4 and I talked to *** on 1/5.

We bought a fancy iron door from them a year ago. We paid extra for a glass door that opens from the inside with a screen. But when it was installed, we noticed the screen was messed up. We told the owner *** right away and sent him pictures of the messed up screen. That was in March. It's now November and we're still waiting for the replacement screen. I've contacted the office and *** more than a dozen times. Every time they say it's on its way from China or it'll be shipped by the end of the week. But I still haven't gotten the replacement screen they promised. Their customer service on this issue has been terrible. We spent a lot of money on this custom door and they're ignoring us about a simple replacement screen for the past 8 months. I'm sick of being lied to. All I want is the replacement screen they promised me 8 months ago.

We bought an iron door for our front entry from this company on 07/10. They said it would arrive in mid-October . It's been 9 months since we ordered, and the delivery date was 6 months ago. They don't know when the doors will be released from the port it comes from in China. Our shipment was stuck on a ship in the ocean for months, and then it got stuck in a warehouse at the Long Beach port. I've called them many times to ask about the status and beg them to push the port authorities to release the shipment. They keep taking orders from new customers but don't give honest information about when the orders will be fulfilled. I called them anonymously, and they said they're fulfilling orders 6 months later. But I've been waiting for 9 months. How can they expect new customers to get their doors in 6 months when I still haven't received mine after 9 months? I hope this company gets held responsible for this dishonesty. They kept my deposit while I keep losing money because of these unnecessary delays. I can't finish building my house or get the final inspection until the front door is in. I asked them for information about the shipment from China and the contact person at the port to help release it, but they won't help. I just want them to get the door out of the port right away and fulfill my order. I'm stuck otherwise and can't afford to order a new door.

I've been putting off writing this review, but things have gotten so ridiculous that I have no choice but to write it. Like many others, we ordered our door from Precise Iron Doors in June , with a promised 17-week lead time for a September delivery. It's now June 2022, and we still don't have our door, 8 months past the original delivery date and a full year after placing the order. The company doesn't proactively communicate, and we have to chase them for updates every couple of months. The update is always the same - the door is stuck in the ports, and they can't do anything about it. For the first few months, we understood because we knew the ports were backed up, but now it's June 2022, and we're no closer to getting our door than we were 8 months ago. They put up a tracking page for containers at some point and started directing update requests there. Our batch #9 keeps getting pushed to the next month like clockwork. You can be sure of a few things - taxes, death, and Precise Iron Doors' ETAs slipping into the next month every month. I lost hope with ***, so I tried contacting ***, their GM, but he hasn't replied except to ask for the invoice number (which he should have known already, considering the amount of communication and customer names involved). Some people mentioned getting a discount for these unreasonable delays, but we haven't been offered any, and Precise Iron Doors doesn't seem to care about their poor execution. I'm not sure if this company is a scam, in financial trouble, or just incompetent at everything except taking our money quickly. Avoid them and look for doors elsewhere. I'll update the review if the door ever shows up.
